Staff is very helpful and not Rude as you find at other places . Doesn’t anyone teach customer service anymore. ? This Store and the Organization is really Great.
Great place to pick up some reasonably priced tools or furniture, or anything you might need, just alot of inventory, so if you love organized garage sales or always wished to be on the show "American Pickers" then you are in luck. Check them out just remember to come with extra space in your vehicle
If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought their Visions brand paint, supposedly a new can. I was not given a receipt and the clerk was not friendly, but maybe he wasn’t having a good day. I got home, opened the paint, and the inside of the can was rusty and had bubbles like dish soap and straight up water. How disappointing and frustrating!!! I brought it back, asking if I could trade it. I’m pretty sure it was the same grumpy clerk. He told me it just needed stirred. I assured him it was not just a stir issue. I’ve done enough painting in my life. He wouldn’t let me trade for even same brand or same color. Nothing. I told him about the rust inside and how that shouldn’t be there and he shrugged, stone-faced. I will not support ReStore nor Habitat for Humanity again. Never buy Visions Paint!!!
I love getting the things I need. Always something new. Hardware is Very affordable. You had the nails and screws! We even found a light dimmer switch for around a buck. Love this place!
Don't bother to call or come to the restore in Corvallis. After spending time and gas money to help the environment we were told we couldn't donate. I had tried to schedule an appointment online which is required but the website kept kicking us out, instead of saying no donations. When we drove up there were 2 men who greeted us and said we had to make an appointment. They told us to go inside. The manager said they were short handed. That was nonsense as I told her there were 2 guys by the donation door waiting. I just wish they were more organized and run by people who were more concerned about the environment. The hours are very limited as well. Someone needs to take it over who is educated in running this business.
Perfect place to find parts for home improvement projects at low prices. Love any opportunity to reduce waste and find unique pieces for my living spaces.
Overpriced but has quality items. You could find anything you might need there, but for a higher price than other thrift stores
I super love this place! I'm here all the time, my only request is that you would be open on Sundays!
The people behind the counter are not friendly or helpful. I understand that they are volunteers, but that doesnt make it OK to have a tone when you're asked a question. This is a much needed program and I am always saddened by the bad customer service there. Im
Why say the store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 530 when clearly that is not the case??? I went down on a Saturday at 3 and it's all blocked off. Love the false advertisement!!!. Also a month ago, not sure if it's the owner, but I bought a bathtub, sink, and a few other things and when I went to try and load it the guy helped lift it out of the gate then turned around and locked the gate behind him as he went inside. Wow! The customer service is just wonderful. He didn't even say 1 word, like sorry I can't help you or do it yourself, nothing.
