The ReStore accepts a variety of donated items from contractors, suppliers, organizations and individuals and re-sells these items to the public at extremely affordable prices. By donating and shopping at the Moultrie County ReStore, you are truly making a difference in the lives of families in our community.
We accept the following items:
Electrical- usable fixtures, parts, and supplies (no broken glass), working ceiling fans
Lumber- min. 8 ft. in length, must be de-nailed and free of rot
Appliances- washers, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, etc. (within the last 10 years)
Doors/windows- with jambs, no broken glass, free of bowing, twisting, holes, gouges, water damage and splintering
Kitchen and bath- cabinets complete with doors and drawers
Countertops- good condition, minimal chips or damage
Plywood sheathing- half/full sheets in good condition
Roofing materials- full bundles; drip edge full lengths
Landscaping materials- patio and paving stone; brick
Architectural items- columns, antiques, mantels, etc.
Housewares- clean items please
Hardware- knobs, hinges, locks, nails, cabinet pulls, bolts, nuts, screws
Flooring- new flooring: wood, ceramic, tile and vinyl
Paint- unopened cans of paint and stain
Furniture- chairs, couches, tables, shelves, etc.
Tools- hand, garden, and working power tools
Plumbing- usable fixtures, parts and supplies
Siding- vinyl and aluminum (full boxes only)
Carpet and pad- clean items only please
