Hacienda Heights Mobile Home Park

Very nice for elderly. Place is clean everyone is friendly, went for a 80th bday party and there is a gathering place for partys. Nice pool & hot tub area w deck.

From a visitor's view point, very nicely set up park with a small lake. Large area w/many home sites,shade, club house, pool.

Come to visit my mother who lives here twice a year for the last 10 years. Today my son and I go to the pool only to be told by some man working there that we are not allowed to be at the pool without my elderly mother. Funny thing is we’ve been going to the pool with out her for all these years and were there just yesterday. He was rude to us and we left. The upkeep has gone downhill in the past few years but the lot rent climbs every year. How is a senior on a fixed SS income supposed to afford the lot rent? It’s ridiculous! I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I moved to Hacienda Haight on 7/1/2021, and everyone that I've met and driven past always says hello. There 2 women in the front office, BJ & Lisa are so accommodating! All of the houses are well kept and the streets are so clean! I'm going to enjoy my life here!!!

Pretty, and well kept 55+ community. Friendly pet policy, in-community dog park, and a great team in the front office. Very friendly place.

This small retirement community is a hidden gem. The streets are super clean and the location is very quiet. The neighborhood is very friendly and has a very active and is a very tight knit community.

Only saw a small portion but seems well maintained.

Well I could tell you that I'm moving into Hacienda Heights and the people that are very friendly you passed by anybody and they will say good morning good afternoon I am very thankful that I'm going to live in this place and I know I'm going to be happy here so if you're looking for a house come down and check them out you will love this place the way I do

Not a bad place to live.

Just moved my parents out of here after they had been living there for over a decade. Nice and safe place for retirees to live. Very friendly neighborhood. Lot rent goes up every year and seems high to me.
