Haggard Funeral Home

This is the absolute best experience I have ever had with a funeral home at the worst of times. I can’t say enough great things about Haggard and Kelly. They/he truly cared. I lost my son to a terrible accident. Kelly was so compassionate and considerate. I felt he mourned along with me. I live in Louisiana but my son lived and had the accident in Texas. Kelly helped us as much as he could. When others couldn’t answer my questions, Kelly could. If he didn’t know, he found out. My son had to be cremated. When we picked up the ashes, Kelly walked them to the car and buckled the seatbelt, securing the box that contained the ashes. Wow! There was no insurance on Brandon, so Kelly helped us as much as he could to reduce our bill. He spent alot of time with us and for us and the charges were minimal. Not only is this the best funeral home, it’s also the best experience our family has had with any business. Truly amazing!

During this very difficult time for us, we were treated with the deepest respect and consideration. They allowed us to take our time to say goodbye and were extremely patient. Also, they helped us to work within our budget and did not try to upsell us on any of their services or products. I can not say anything but praise for this funeral home. This was my 3rd family member to lose in the last 32 months - one here, one in Louisiana, and one in Georgia. This was the most professional, caring services of the three. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to care for their deceased love ones.
