referral program
update 12/9/14 go-go bucks are coming back!!! Be on the look out for our $10 referral thank you to start sending out in the first quarter of 2015.
refund/cancellation/deposit policy
We want you to LOVE your services, stylist & your hair a go-go experience. We'll give you a confirmation call/email or text two days before your appointment as a reminder. If you need to change your scheduled appointment, we ask you give us the courtesy of 24 hours notice. If you fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation for any two scheduled appointments, you will be required to secure future appointments with a 50% deposit, which will be discounted from your total at checkout. This deposit is non-refundable in the event you do not attend your scheduled appointment. Please note that specific services will always require a 50% deposit due to length of service booking.
If you have questions, concerns or are in any way unhappy with the services you received within two weeks of your service, please give us the chance to assist you and make it right. (One week for New Wave and Indie Glaze services).
Likewise, our team is here for you if you have any questions or need help with styling or product purchases.
