This is my first time getting a curly hair diva cut. Debbie was really good with her craft and she’s eager to teach you everything. I was there for 3 hours, got a hair detox, wash and deep condition and then classes on how to style your hair. After this my hair feels really smooth. Extremely satisfied with the service. Place is very clean and unique looking.

I had a great experience with Joseph! I had a big cut done and some coloring/balayage. He was so friendly and so talented - he explained what style would look good on me and why. He also took the time to discuss what my goals were and really listened to what I wanted! I will definitely be coming back here and getting my next cut with him. I got my first curly cut from Shay and she did such a good job! She explained everything she was doing to style my hair and showed me how to replicate it at home. My hair looks completely different now in the best way.

My girlfriend went here to get her haircut at 5pm by, Stephanie Dham. She wasn’t listening to my girlfriend on how to cut her hair, she cut her curls too much to the point after the washing and blow drying her hair shrink so bad it was to her chin when she wanted her length to be above her shoulders, not by her chin which is very short. She went home unsatisfied and told her on her instagram information how she was unsatisfied and got left on read. This is very unprofessional, if your willing to do people hair and you know they are unsatisfied try to fix it, don’t leave them on open and think you can get away with it.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I have curly/ wavy hair and a long history of bad haircuts. I've been coming here for a few years now because all the stylists seem to know have to deal with curly hair! Stephanie, at my most recent cut, was super friendly, asked lots of clarifying questions to make sure I got the cut wanted, and made some very helpful suggestions on how to manage my hair.

I answered the model call for wavy hair for a class they were hosting, and got a haircut by Aaron Scott Lacy! I'm still getting used to the short hair it was down past my elbows, and it's now JUST long enough for a little ponytail but it feels so much lighter and bouncier, less stringy. I got recommendation for products and technique, so now I'm having fun playing with them at home.

Had a haircut and color by Evonne. Terrible job. The highlights were very blotchy, the color damaged my hair she bleached my hair with heat which wasn't required for the color difference I was doing, and the haircut was subpar. I'm getting my hair fixed at another salon but sadly I have to grow out the color damage.

After debating about writing a review for two weeks I finally decided I would. Keep in mind this was my first visit to BFH2T and it very much could have been an off day, but I struggled to even give this saloon 2 stars.  To start, I did book my appointment last minute on Jan 26 when I seen that the stylist Liz had an unexpected opening. The morning of the 26th, around 7am, I booked Liz for a curly cut and Shadara for a color at 1pm. I call Liz at 11am to confirm my appointment and more importantly the color because I am currently 7 months pregnant. The appointments were confirmed everything was good. I show to my appointment at 12:50, Shadara greets me and tells me Liz should be there shortly she was on lunch. I thought ok cool, she tells me where to sit and then she begins helping her client. I sit and wait for about 20 min then tell her I was going to my car to eat because Liz still had not arrived for my appointment. At 1:37 I get a text from Liz stating that she was there so I get out of my car at 1:40 and met Liz at the door as both of us walked in. She then goes to the back, gets settled in and continues her phone conversation until 2:00. At this time she comes out, runs her fingers through my hair, and insist that Shadara has to color my hair in order for her to do a curly cut. I thought this was super weird because I have had several Devacuts and Rizo cuts in the past and this has never been the case. So Shadara is trying to finish up with her client because at this point I had been waiting for almost 2 hours in a dead saloon. As Shadara is doing my hair Liz completely pushes my cut off on her as well.  When it's all said and done, my color came out great and Shadara was SUPER nice, im pretty sure she could tell I was really annoyed. My cut was not what I wanted at all and nothing like the photo I showed them. To be fair I don't blame Shadara because Liz had insisted that I have kinky coily hair which I don't, I have 2c/3b hair. When styling my hair Shadara realized this, which means that the hairstyle I asked for would be hard for me to achieve.  My cut was refunded and Shadara did offer to help me fix it on another day, but I am not sure I would ever step foot in the saloon again... well unless it was strictly for a color service which was overcharged in my opinion. Again this could have just been an off day, but I suggest not taking the other reviews lightly because now I am in a situation where I either need to cut my hair into a pixie of some sort or wear it pulled back for a very long time.Services:&nbsp;Haircut
