I made two appointments, one for myself and my sister for a wedding we were in last Saturday, August 12. When the appointments were scheduled, they were both with DeAnah. There was a miscommunication in the start times for our appointment. I wrote down 9am and 10am, but the salon had down 10am and 11am. No big deal, it may have been my fault, I had talked with many salons looking for appointments. Chris, checked us in and was confused because our appointments were not with DeAnah, they had been changed to Jordan because DeAnah decided she wanted to go up north. We were not told about any changes to our appointments until we go in that morning. Which would not have been a big deal had I been told about the changes in advance and told the updated pricing from DeAnah to Jordan. DeAnah ended up coming in and doing my hair, which I was very greatful for, she even gave me a discount for the miscommunication. When we were told the total for Jordan's pricing, it was almost double the price of DeAnah's. I find it incredibly unprofessional that we were not updated about any changes, when the price difference was so much more. Had DeAnah not come in, we both would have been stuck paying $80 for an updo we were quoted only $45 for.

I got the platinum hydrafacial package and it was AMAZING! I loved it so much and will be back for more . I would highly recommend it . This package came with the lymphatic drainage that helped with my sinuses , I could feel them drain as she was doing it, followed by cleansing , exfoliation and hydration ! Made my skin look and feel incredible . I had glowing skin and my pores were so clean you can see all the clogging in the canister it collects at the end of your treatment ! I’ll be back for my maintenance . Thanks Parul for making my face glow .

Thank you house of beauty for a much needed relaxing hydrafacial. Parul was amazing and went above and beyond. My face has never felt cleaner and I loved the red light addition. So relaxing. I felt I was on vacation. Parul is so friendly and really loves her clients. Check them out, you won’t regret it.

I am not from the area, but while in town I was looking for a place that could trim my bangs. I genuinely do not understand how this happened either. I showed them the picture of what they normally look like and I was very specific on how i like them. I was in and out of the chair in under two minutes. Luckily they did not charge me, but now I’m wondering if they didn’t charge me because they know how badly they messed up. Really upset that this happened, right before the holidays too. I don’t even think the picture shows just how bad it is. I now have hair so short it sticks straight up. One side was about two inches longer than the other. The first picture is what I showed and the second is what they cut.

Sherri did a great job on my gel nails , she is so detailed and patient,. she’s a very very sweet person. I did end up needing some fixed as the next day some lifted , I was disappointed I was charged 10$ to get them fixed.Service: Manicure

I went here for the first time this past Monday after being referred by my sister and was so glad I did! All the ladies there were really hospitable and friendly and were really good about getting me in kind of last minute. I had Sarah do my hair and she gave me one of the best haircuts/highlights of my life. It turned out so flattering and natural. I'm a little obsessed with it lol. Definitely going there from now on. :
