Things can be done more efficiently there. The prices are high and the hair looks wiggy and not undetectable like it's advertised. The staff should be paid better so that clients don't have to tip in addition to paying hundreds of dollars each month. I probably won't renew my contract again. I can get full lace wigs or hair toppers for less that look natural.Services: Hair straightening
I love their service, customer satisfaction is their number one priority. They go above and beyond to accommodate my needs as a client. The manager Ridhi and all the staff members are very courteous, respectful and pleasant people. Nathalie, the receptionist is very kind. Nancy, Janet and Loren are my favorite hairstylists, they are very professional and very knowledgeable of their work, they also have great personality. Every time i come oin i am welcomed with a friendly smile and professionalism My stylist Ana always makes me feel my best and if she ois not available the staff does an amazing job. Nancy is the best ! She is so nice and helpful ! She taught me alotttt about my hair, and hair in general. She massaged my hair so good I almost fell asleep! Thank you so much girl !!
Everything is good but I disappointed to front desk people. Their service is like below average. I of the gentleman named Frank who asked me first are you food delivery guy? I laughed but feel offended. I mean is it the way when you see someone come to your office? His body language, harsh voice really annoying. Another day when I came to the reception, there was no greetings at all but not too unprofessional like Mr. Frank. I hope management should improve the front desk specially. Otherwise everything was good. Nice office, very clean environment and Ms Ridhi was very nice who has full of professionalism. I like the way she explained everything. I wish all success of hair club.
After trying four other hair care salons, including the original Hair Club, I have finally found stress free, problem free hair replacement services. The technicians, both Diana and Julia , are exceptional with color, placement and styling. Aida’s customer service assistance makes a tremendous difference. She works so hard, tries to accommodate me whenever possible and she really seems to understand and care about me. Irreplaceable!!
Satisfaction guaranteed ! This is the best place for men to get a new hairstyle and texture. They also have great options for alopecia or hair loss. Janet and Lauren are wonderful hairstylists! Please stop by and ask for Rhidi. Believe me you will feel. very happy and satisfied!
