My daughter got her first haircut at 5 1/2 years old. My wife and I were so nervous with the ladies there took care of her and made her feel comfortable and did amazing job. I highly recommend visiting them for any type of haircut or color or style. She also got some for purple tinsel
so this was a little while ago but basically i wanted to do burgundy on my hair and i used splat because this is my first time in a while dying my hair but i didn’t know not to use that and so i was disappointed how my hair came out so i went to hair express for a consultation the next day. i walk in and i tell the girl what’s wrong with my hair. as i’m telling her about my hair, the receptionist is giving me a dirty look and is just staring at me. i will admit i was crying that day but i was only crying that day because i didn’t feel confident in my hair. either way idk why she’s giving me a stank look. so the girl looks at my hair and she tells me that i have to grow it out and all of that and i said okay and i also said sorry i didn’t know about splat and laughed it off and she gives me a fake smile. when i left i saw the same girls in the window still looking at me and talking about me to each other. i did not like their attitude at all and it was very rude like a girl is giving me a nasty look then the other girl was so fake.
Yesterday I had an appointment to receive a root touch up and balayage. During my service, I was asked if I wanted to bleach all my ends, so I said yes. I was not informed, however, how much these treatments were going to end up costing in total. I was under the impression the ends being bleached was a part of the balayage treatment. To cover my roots and bleach my ends, I paid $351. After speaking to the owner, I was told they used the equivalent of five clients’ worth of hair. I was charged for the balayage, bleach, toner, and root touch up. I didn’t even have my hair cut or styled. I know I have long hair, but never in my life have I been charged more than MAYBE $200 to have something like this done, and I find it difficult to believe that much product was necessary or even used. The owner told me multiple times she was sorry and would work with her staff to educate clients on prices but couldn’t do anything else. She was focused on whether or not I liked my hair. The answer is yes, I like my hair, but it was NOT worth $351. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I would recommend having these treatments done somewhere more affordable.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
So I spent $120 I show Haley a picture of the cut that I asked for and highlights she took my hair to just under my chin and the picture that I showed her has it in the front down to the collarbone so yeah pretty unhappy and it was my birthday thanks. I honestly feel like I should have been refunded the money for the haircut I was prepared to tip her well but I only gave $5 and didn't even want to do that. When you spend that kind of money you should get what you want .Service: Haircut
On time, great service, I was in and out fast. Very happy with my haircut and style. Reasonable prices, too!
I was very satisfied with my haircut. Gracelyn did an awesome job. After looking at my bank statement I thought that they charged me twice. The manager was very helpful and addressed it immediately. It was my error but she took the time to figure it out. I'm impressed with the concern and recommend an honest and skillful business.
Olivia was so patient and kind with me. She never disappoints and listens to what her clients want. I came in for a coloring before my wedding in 5 days. She let me choose the color and gave me tips on how to take care of my hair afterwards. I was very lucky to have her as my stylist today and in a few days as my wedding hair stylist.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
Loved it. Made a same day appointment when my other place cancelled on me. Had no wait once I arrived. Didn't really have a specific style I wanted, but my hairstylist worked with me until we figured it out. She did great and I'll be back when it's time for an update. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The only thing I'd change at all would be to get the nice massage you get when you get your hair washed. It was a quick wash and condition like I do myself.

To start, they actually have a dedicated receptionist with a headset, which is huge for adequate customer service! Somebody actually answers when you call, and it's not somebody rushing you off the phone because they're on the middle of a haircut. Then when you walk in the door, every employee there is friendly and courteous. I get my hair done by Hope there and she does a phenomenal job every time. She goes above and beyond to make the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Services are fairly priced, just remember to bring cash for tip!
