All items are handmade to the best my little hands can do. I apply a coat of sealant to all bottle cap images, as well as fabric stiffener to all my bows for longer lasting and stability.
Paypal is my method of payment, tracking is included in that price. Once item(s) are shipped it is out of my hands. Insurance will be added to any package over $50 for $2.50.
All sales are final, no refunds. I will do my best to fix any problem that should occur within 10 days.

***Orders will never take more then 10 days to receive, unless otherwise specified. Usually the only orders that take this long are ones with custom ribbon, or anything else custom. Usually you will receive orders in less then a week. Remember I do not start working on orders until they are paid :)
