Welcome, my name is Stacy Bays and I am the owner of Hair-N-Harmony. I have been a cosmetologist for 35 years. I made the investment to open Hair-N-Harmony in 1994 and have been in business ever since. Our mission is to bring our clients fresh ideas and styles by consistently educating ourselves. We strive to give you professional salon services while providing a family-like environment. We promise to pay close attention to the details of your service, maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in our salon, exceed your expectations, and keep you coming back for more!

Ann has been with me since 1994 when I opened Hair-N-Harmony. She was my right hand. She was the receptionist, cleaner, bookkeeper, and maintenance. She received her cosmetology license in 1997. She has a natural passion for the world of creativity and maintains a personal and professional relationship with her clients. She also excels in the art of hair color and provides a high standard of quality services. She provides excellent guidance to her customers and coworkers. She has always been a vital asset to Hair-N-Harmony.
Amanda has been a been cosmetologist for 9 years and has been a wonderful addition to Hair-N-Harmony since 2011. I am proud to have her as one of our great stylist. Amanda is very dependable and consistently meets her clients needs. She excels in coloring hair and possesses a unique gift in creating updo hairstyles. Amanda also goes above and beyond to work with her clients.
Jesse has been a blessing to our salon for almost a year. She moved here from Connectict bringing new ideas and different types of styles. Jesse brings a certain type of joy and ambition to our salon. She is a major team player and is always open to share her ideas and opinions. In addition to her other strengths, Jesse also specializes in curyl hair and has been certified through Deva Curl Academy in New York.
Sara has recently found a new home with our salon. She was originally at Hair Masters located in Floyd Knobs and joined our team after they closed. Although she is new to us, she has been a cosmetologist for 30 years. She is an expert at creating unique colors and cuts. Sara’s creative, upbeat attitude brings happiness and bliss to Hair-N-Harmony.
Anita also found a new home with us after Hair Masters closed. Being a licsenced barber for 36 years, Anita brings a one of a kind gift to Hair-N-Harmony. Her love and appreciation of her clients shows through her work. Her precise skills and enjoyable personality make for a delightful experience.
