Mrs. Kay is one of only a few people I trust to do my hair! She brings decades of experience in hair care and works to make her salon a comfortable and inviting space for her clients. Her salon is filled with live plants, bright colors, and inspirational quotes that always leave me feeling a little better than when I came in. I moved from the New Haven area for the summer, but recently I travelled for 8 hours back to New Haven solely for an appointment with Mrs. Kay and it was well worth the trip! I wear my hair relaxed and before coming to her, my hair was pretty fragile and not very soft. Her knowledge of hair and great use of the Olaplex regimen has helped me to improve the condition of my hair since I’ve been seeing her over the last year. My hair has truly never been so shiny, soft to touch, and manageable. I wear it down much more than I used to and it’s growing at a faster rate than in the past because she helps me keep it healthy and well-trimmed.
