This place has potential to be an amazing job, unfortunately the higher ups couldnt care less about how their workers feel or what they want. Its six or seven days a week for about eight months of the year and the remaining four months its not enough money. The raises are inconsistent and pay dosent scale, you walk in making pretty good money but when you get two positions higher you only make two dollars more and have four times the responsibility. Dont get me wrong when I started it was wonderful with the overtime and everything was smooth. But ive never been more miserable at a workplace in my life. Hope this helps
my sister loved working here. if this place wasnt moving to mexico she would have made a career out of it. its so unfortunate to see a single mother just trying to make ends meet, goes to take a vaca just to get a call saying they are letting her go the day before she was coming back to work.
Excellent work environment. The new operations manager and 3rsbshift supervisor are turning the place around. It's a better place to work now than it has been for the past 15 years.
I started working here, they gave me only 2 days and already released me.. The supervisor said I was doing awesome and was better than a lot of recruits on the line then I get a phone call saying I'm released ... Waist of time
I think its a great place to work as long as everyone works together as a team from shift to shift and properly communicates with each other its an easy job if you dont do these things any job is hard
Working here has been awful. You are treated like a child by the so called management. They will put off giving you raises, and hiring you on if you start out as a temp. 0/10 do not work here.
My his and wad there 3 days and said that they was under Investigating and it was be a week or 2 called to checkbin and Terri said they was running out of work and letting them go 1 by 1..waist of every ones time
Sad that they are moving to Mexico I had a interview here in 2018 looked like a nice place to work
Spent 15 year in this plant just to pack up and move to Mexico what a waste of my time hopefully haldex goes under
