If I could give 10 stars, I totally would! Dr Anderson is the most efficient dentist I’ve ever come across. His bedside manner is absolutely incredible, he’s so kind and as gentle as possible, given the fact that he’s putting needles into my gums. He’s very attentive, always making sure I’m as comfortable as I possibly can be, walking me through every step of the procedure as he goes. Getting my immediate denture could have been a very painful, difficult process had it not been for Dr Anderson. He even made sure that the denture itself fit as well as it possibly could have, regardless of the fact that he’d just pulled 6 teeth out of my head. He’s the main reason I’ve stuck with Hale Family Dental for the last little while. Thank you, Dr Tyler Anderson, for the amazing work you do!

They make us feel comfortable and relaxed. Very positive and laid back atmosphere. Definitely enjoyed my visit today. Doctor is very professional, and his assistance was very helpful and seemed down to earth. Easy to relate to. Like normal family type folks! Googly recommend!!!5

If I could give a zero to this business, I would. My daughter took her Dad to have work done at Hale Family Dental today. Dad is mentally handicapped due to a stroke. So his communication is very limited and he gets confused. She is his advocate and handles all of his appointments. She is a great daughter. The girl at the desk was rude and rudely told my daughter that she missed her appointment at 9 am and would need to reschedule. Another person spoke up and said the appointment was changed. It was rescheduled for a later time. To make matters worse, the rude girl proceeds to tell my daughter that her Dad has no insurance. He is on medicare/Medicaid. So yes, he has insurance. The girl insisted that he didn't have insurance. She was rude and dismissive. Treated my daughter like she was a nuisance for asking a question about the procedure and process. My daughter was in tears. She was trying to help her Dad get his bridge work done. His temporary bridge had broken and fallen off. Another lady at the desk stepped in to help. If it hadn't been for her I would've driven to the office myself to file a complaint with the DDS. Instead I am here posting this review. My daughter is going to find another dentist. In today's world businesses depend on word of mouth and good reviews. This location is not the only dentist in Ogden. We won't be going back to this place. Epic Failure Hale Family Dental. Treat people better.

Such a wonderful and friendly staff!! Dr. Anderson and Lesley were awesome and squeezed me in for a tooth extraction. Highly recommend!!!

I found myself having a dental emergency and needed to see a dentist right away. Call after call I either got told to wait until the next day because of the holiday it was Martin Luther King's Day or that they simply did not have any openings. My procedure would take no longer than 10 minutes, so I was surprised to be turned down by so many clinics, they clearly did not care about my well being. Things were quite different when I reached Hale Family Dental. After explaining my emergency they told me to come in that same day. I went in, did some paperwork, and guess what? My procedure only took about 15 minutes! I was treated well, and I will most definitely be coming back here for future dental work. They might've just helped me for something simple this time but they won a new customer because of it. As a side bonus, they have people that speak Spanish and some Portuguese! Tested it myself.

Do not come here. Front desk is RUDE, condescending and discriminatory. Incomplete dental work without explanation of services and procedures. I wouldn’t bring anyone in my family here even in a dental emergency. There are plenty of other dentists in the area that will treat you with kindness and respect. Trust me, skip this one.

Very rude front desk staff. Go to UofU clinic on 25th street if you need Medicaid benefits to be accepted. They treat their patients with kindness and respect.

I was so grateful for Dr. Hale and his staff. My son woke up with a swollen infected tooth. A Saturday of all days. Dr. Hale was so patient and kind. His staff was so helpful calming my son down and successfully pulling a tooth that had caused so much pain and grief for days! Dr. Hale also called me hours after to make sure my son was doing ok. I’m so thankful I would highly recommend Hale family dental
