Very pleased with this dental office. After having not gone to a dentist office for years, I walked out of there knowing I was in good hands. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, answered many questions I had, and ensured me that I would be taken care of. Sam Perez was amazing! He explained all the procedures throughly and gave me recommendations to help the process from home.. Definitely would recommend this dental office to anyone.
Was very pleased with my visit at Elite Dental. Sam is a remarkable young man and hygienist. Very informative about each step of the procedure. Dr. Navarro caring and professional. Friendly and helpful explaining problems and the best way to proceed.
Make sure you are in network & make sure you know exactly how much is going to be owed before you are seen & that includes the debit card fee!! The office was clean and updated, office staff was courteous and Dr. Navarro was a nice knowledgeable guy. But not being in network with any insurances definitely makes it hard on someone that lives on a budget. Surprise charges are very stressful.
Awesome patient care, the hygienist I use is very professional, informative and great to have a conversation with. The Doc is amazing, you can tell right away he and his team know what they’re doing, they keep you comfortable through any operation or oral procedure and your mouth feels great afterwards! Sam my hygienist is the best!
Always courteous, friendly service and all procedures and services are clearly explained. I highly recommend Elite Dental.
Multiple fillings i received have broken off or were failed from the get go. One of them left a gap under my molars were the root was supposed to be, which now fills with food every time I eat. Apparently Hailey drilled away my root and decided that the empty area didn't need any filling. Yes it was the head dentist there who made this mistake. Can't imagine anything reasonable would lead to a Professional making such a mistake. My dog would have known better than to leave a gap like that underneath a full tooth.

I called the emergency line multiple times on a friday during business hours, and never received a call back even though I left 3 voice messages. If this is how they treat their emergency patients, I can only image how they treat their regular ones. Be warned!
Super helpful with insurance benefits, great staff. Kelly is a super sweet hygienist. Dr Navarro is the bomb!
