Definitely not a place to go. I bought and pd for furniture that i was supposed to get n 2 weeks. It was 2 months b4 I got it. When I did receive it half of it was busted. Sent it back took weeks b4 I received the items again. After 2 months had gone by I asked them for my money back they said I couldn't get it back, so I waited. A horrible experience!!!

It's not a furniture store anymore, it's now Hollywood bridal shop. Just opened it a month ago and now closing it, which means they hired the employees and now firing them. Needs better management!!!!

I paid for furniture from this place in August of last year 2020. I was told my furniture would be ready in Sept. In Sept I called the store asking if the furniture was there and was given the run around by the manager Melissa. She gave me her phone number and told me to call her to discuss the situation. When I called She wouldn't answer her phone, I would leave messages she wouldn't respond. When she finally did respond she sent a text back telling me my furniture would be ready December 30th 2020. I called December 29th asking when I could come and pick my furniture up. The store clerk calls Melissa to find out because the furniture was not there.Melissa tells her to tell me she's going to call the manufacturer first thing the next day and then call me to let me know what's going on with the furniture. Four days goes by and I still haven't gotten a call from Melissa so I called her... no answer..I leave a msg... still no call back...I called another business which is owned by the same people talked to the manager of that store and told her the situation. She helped me immediately. She called the manufacturer and got an answer from them, called me back within 15mins and told me what they said. I got a text msg from Melissa 3 days later swearing she's been trying to get an answer for me. I have been very patient and understanding in this situation because due to the pandemic the furniture industry is behind very behind. I went back to Haley's to see if I could find another furniture set in place of the one I ordered and I did find one. I called Melissa still no answer so I called the store and told the clerk my situation. She calls Melissa and what do you know.. I get a call from Melissa.I told her I had found something I wanted. She tells me I paid $1600 and the furniture I want cost $1799 and I would have to pay the difference.... I've been waiting for my furniture since August of 2020 it's now January of 2021 and she tells me the owners will not work with me concerning the price difference. This is ridiculous!!!! I haven't had any furniture to sit on having to sit in my bed to watch TV for six months and these people can't work with me on a price difference.I currently still have no furniture and have paid $1600 which was not easy to come by. I've heard great things about the owners and is praying they have a change of heart and work with me to get this matter solved.

This store and company are run by a family of integrity!! They have beautifully updated my home with granite countertops, flooring, tile, and home furnishings. I am looking forward to working with them again!!!

Haley's was the fourth furniture store we shopped that morning and like the saying, "You find what you're looking for at the last place you look!" We got EXACTLY the piece we needed at a great price! Manager Emily was VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! We'll shop Haley's FIRST next time!

Great selection of furniture. Drove an hour after seeing a Facebook post, the woman was very helpful and I went home with a new living room set.
