Great RV park the staff is very friendly and the lots are pretty spacious.. it is a bit pricey but the surrounding area are beautiful. Very nice place to keep an RV the weather is always cool and great for sleeping no AC required all the lots come with electricity included.
This is a very nice RV park. There is a costal area nearby with beautiful views and a little bit of prairie and woodland and sea cliffs.
We really loved staying at Half Moon Bay RV Park we called & made a reservation the day before, & the camp host was so nice. Full hookups, easy parking, spots are close-ish to each other but private enough for me! The location is amazing. I'm from Las Vegas, so I've really never experienced anything quite like this!! Beach is a 10 minute walk away, there's a dog park super close by, cool foggy mornings, adorable town within walking distance maybe a mile? Nothing crazy. There are a lot of cute & unique shops in town too. Definitely glad we stayed here
This park is well maintained, clean and they have a couple bath houses with plenty of washers, dryers and showers. The RV park was pretty crowded during our visit, but that’s understandable for the area. Monthly rates are also high compared to the East Coast, with sites at around $2k, and excessive traffic in town comes with it. Plus, we were in site 12, and the couple behind us were really nosy and a little weird. If you don’t mind traffic and neighbors, this is the place to be!
Although the park is crowded and the place was almost at full capacity, it was quiet and well-kept. We enjoyed the cut-through to Cameron's Pub and visited after our afternoon hikes along the coast. The bathrooms are clean and private with plenty of hot water. We also used the laundry facilities, which are coin-operated and inexpensive $3 per load. We used Starlink for working remotely and had no connectivity issues. Half Moon Bay is a quaint town with plenty of options for for dining out. There are breweries and wineries, too.
This park has a lot to offer and friendly staff. The showers are free and get hot. There is laundry on site and full hookups/sewage. There is a restaurant/pub on the property. There are multiple pull throughs and a grassy wooded area across the street that you can take your dog to. The beach is a bit of a walk to get to and down a cliffside but still a beautiful walk and great place to catch a sunset. Note, there are cats running around the park. Downtown Half Moon Bay is close by and has other restaurants and a really great bakery called Moonside.See photos...
One of the most well kept RV resorts we have been to. It did seem like some of the people lived there, they had yards with plants/lights/fences setup, which were all very nicely done and kept. We only stayed for one night but would stay longer next time if it made sense. We would have liked to try the restaurant as it looked really cute! And had karaoke! The bathroom/shower facilities were nice because they were individual rooms, which was very helpful with a baby. No common areas. The woman at the front desk was very nice. The walk to the beach was a little ways, but well worth it. 100% recommend!
It was a parking lot with mostly trailers and fifth wheelers many staying long term. Was very hard to maneuver our 39 ft motorhome pulling a two door bronco. Also thought it was close to the ocean and was not that we could see. We came after hours, there was no info or directions on what to do, we couldn’t find anyone to help us and didn’t know where to go. We would not stay there again.
We had a very pleasant 3 day stay during the week. There’s plenty of room. It’s quiet! Staff are friendly. Bathrooms clean. Great area for riding our bikes on the coast. Looks like a lot of long term residents. The place is very clean. Plenty of roadway to walk the dog.
Everything we expected. Close walk to the beach. Make sure and book early. Staff was great working with us to find an opening for our stay. Nice Irish Bar with good pub fare VERY near.
