Chicago Born. Arizona Bred.

"Chicago Born, Arizona Bred.Growing up on Chicago’s North Side I fondly remember walking with my dad down to the street corner to get an Italian Beef or Chicago Dog. We’d walk with our brown paper bags and setup to eat on a local park bench. Once a week we’d visit a friend of my dad at his Italian restaurant on Irving Park, who would sit and tell stories from when they were kids.On the weekends my grandfather would make his Chicago Style Cracker Crust Pizza. He would teach me how to roll the dough and the difference between fresh & dry herbs. The undeniable passion for flavor and authentic ingredients were part of those memories and what we are carrying forward to our friends in Arizona."

Our bartender was awesome. She was very friendly and made a heck of a margarita. My boyfriend really liked his french dip. Unfortunately, the bun that was used for my Chicago dog was way too thick and it just didn't go with the hotdog. But the rest of my experience was great. I must also point out how warm it was inside. There were fans going but the AC didn't feel as if it was on.
Friendly atmosphere, beer and wings were spot on! Definitely recommended.
The to go "pizza" we got was more like lavosh with canned spaghetti sauce. REALLY?! It was bad enough that it went straight to the outdoor garbage receptacle when I got home.
Not from here so I found this spot to come watch some Sunday Football. Good food, good cold beer, and good atmosphere.
My boyfriend was dressed in work cloths and I went here to watch the ufc fight and as soon as we were seated they asked for a card and ran $40. Our waitress asked my boyfriend at the end if the bill was okay. Numerous other patrons were seated and not asked for a card immediately or asked if their bill was okay . This is a discriminatory bar. I do not recommend this establishment.
Great bar with excellent service. He got the Sunday Pizza specials for $10 plus $1 for each topping and the beer-battered Philly cheese steak fries. The fries are a huge win but definitely spicy. The pizza was great and I recommend ranch and marinara sauce for dipping. I love all the TVs everywhere the food was great and the service even better. @when_do_we_eat
The dining area was closed when my husband and I were visited the location. It forced us to sit near the bar which we did not really like it due the fact that we don't drink alcohol and the loud music and whatnot. But it was paid off because our server, Andrea, was such a sweetheart. She treated us beyond our expectation and made us very comfortable. The location was clean, the dining area was spacious, which we wish we could sit there. Andrea explained everything thoroughly and how the Chicago style was applied to the location. She explained about the cheesecake, one of the staples of the restaurant that flown directly from Chicago. The pizza was delicious as so the appetizer as well. We don't drink alcohol, therefore I don't have any comments regarding the alcoholic beverages. I asked for Virgin Margarita and she said the bartender could make one for me. The dining experience was nice and thanked to Andrea for her hospitality during our visit. We would definitely come back to this location in the future.
Chicago themed bar in the biltmore district. Good beer selection and great food, but a smaller menu. It's on the expensive side but well worth it. Beautiful interior.
If I could give negative stars, I would give a negative 10. How is it the web page shows that pay per view boxing will be shown at this established yet when I spend my time and money to get there, I was told otherwise? Not to mention I was also told verbally on the phone the same thing prior to showing up just to find out they lied. The bar tender was very rude when I was trying to confirm and was greeted with “I said no!” Don’t call yourself a sports if you don’t show ppv events.
Oh my goodness!! This place has the most amazing Italian Beef sandwich and fried zucchini!! The burger was great too!! Our server was THE BEST. This is a new find that I consider a hidden dining gem.
