I am a grandparent helping my daughter raise her baby boy. I just called 8 AM on a Sunday morning and got a very pleasant and caring person. She asked what my grandson’s symptoms were and invited to come right in.

Took my kid today for a foot injury. The staff was very friendly. They got us in quick and were very helpful. Kayla and Gina treated my child with great care and compassion.

I went in on a Weekend morning and the staff wasn’t friendly at all. Medical staff aren’t like they use to be in terms of bedside manner. The lady I saw didn’t have her badge on... PA, MD, NP, who knows. Had to use the drug testing bathroom for urinalysis. Just hated not having fresh running water after touching stuff. It disgusted me so bad that I won’t be returning there.

I've been to this place several times for physical and drug testing. Never had a good experience. I can say that on August 17th, I was treated like a person. Stacie and her associates were very friendly and professional. This change was a long time coming. Great staff at ECU Urgent Care

Worst hospital to goto ! Go to a different one! They don’t care about the patients. Came in to get a iv and toridol they told us a 8 hr wait!!! This is something a nurse can simply do and wheel you in a corner until you get better . There are babies sitting in the waiting room for 5 hrs and they don’t even have pediatrics. Mine as well just self medicate and hope for the best . We live in America this should not be happening

My visit was excellent. PA Molina listened to my concerns and appropriately assessed me for several issues to get to an accurate diagnosis. I am now on my healthcare journey and it started by the excellent care I received at Halifax works. Do not go anywhere else for your urgent care needs. The customer service was awesome !

The 3 lovely ladys who took care of my 14 year old daughter last night were absolutely amazing. They treated her as if she were their own daughter. Thank you Gina Casper NP-C, Mary Davis and Casey Harris so much for being so kind and for providing a quick and easy visit. This isn't my first visit with the same 3 and they were wonderful to me as well during my visit this past spring.

On my visit I have nothing negative to comment on. All the staff was courteous and professional. I will name Casey my RN. Her name sticks out to me because she was very nice, helpful and good at her job. I rated a 4 because I returned the next morning to get my brace adjusted. I waited over an hour for a 5 minute adjustment. I just walked in and I know they had other appointments but I feel that could have happened sooner.

My experience was great at Halifax Works. From the lady that was checking temperature, the ladies in the booth that was passing out the forms we had to fill out, the nurse that checked your blood pressure, that collected your urine and checked your hearing. Also the doctor that checked my eyes, legs, arms and back. Everyone was great. Five Stars from me.

I was misdiagnosed by Albert Molina claiming, "You have atrial fibrillation. That's what's causing your shortness of breath and you need to go to the emergency room and get on medication or else you'll have a blood clot and drop dead". Then he tried to joke about it saying, "Don't worry. I got you a free ambulance ride to the E.R. and they'll turn the sirens on just for you". He told the rescue squad responders that I had shortness of breath which I didn't. When I told him, "No I don't have shortness of breath. I never told you that" he just rolled his eyes and walked right past me. I went to Urgent Care for chest congestion. So when I went to the ER, the nurses and doc on staff were laughing at Albert Molina's diagnosis, indicating that he had misinterpreted the EKG he performed. The EKG at the hospital showed no atrial fibrillation but just random atrial flutters which is far different and far less severe. When I told the E.R. staff what Albert Molina said about me having a blood clot and dropping dead, they were shocked and disappointed. Albert Molina claimed he couldn't tell any signs of chest congestion when I was experiencing wheezing as I exhaled. I certainly am disappointed with Albert Molina. I will never seek services from Albert Molina again.
