While Mrs Pat is wonderful and kind and all the staff are wonderful, the wait times are terrible. Like- what’s the point of an appointment for test results at a specific time if you have to sit for and hour and a half before anyone comes? Wish they’d just give test results over the phone like they used to.
Staff is amazing always takes time to ask and answer questions
Wow .. they need to clean their floors. Ms Pat needs to be made to retire, one star says it all. I can see why floors need to be cleaned. But as for the other reviews I don't see why. Are ppl scared to give a reason why Ms. Pat needs to retire? I've seen her on several occasions and yes she might be slow but aren't all places slow?... To an extent ? If you don't like a place or a person why don't YOU go somewhere else. I'd rather a doctor take their time and be able to correctly treat me. Then be a speed demon and give me the wrong treatment.
Hall Medical Clinic is a phenomenal medical facility with superb personnel. Joe and Valarie are wonderful physicians. The care given here is first class. They've literally saved both my life and my wife's life with their wonderful care.
Pat Castleman and staff were just great, she really helped me and I will be back, as I want her to be my PCP.
A great staff.So love Donna she is wonderful.
