We spent a half day on the Queen Fleet and had an amazing trip. We fought about it 14 Grunt fish to keep and then caught some puffer fish and one toad fish which were tossed back into the ocean.  The deckhands were a great help and very knowledgeable. There is a small menu of items to purchase such as hamburgers, hot dogs and snacks. They do have sodas, waters and a few alcoholic beverages for purchase as well. You are also allowed to bring a small cooler of your own items.  For the half day trip, it took about an hour to get out to the fish grounds, two hours of fishing and then roughly an hour to return. For a small fee, they will fillet your fish upon return.  It was well worth it and a trip we plan to make again.

Third all day trip out in 3 weeks. Great value for $100. 8 hours of fun in the sun, great fishing, and excellent crew. Shout out to Angie and Red. They are quick to help unhook your fish, string them up, and what ever else you need help with. They are also very knowledgeable about the sport and add fun to the trip! Highly recommend!

Would honestly give more stars if I could. Our half day reservation was at 8am, and we left my brother's home in Lakeland around 615am, then realized at 714am due to insane traffic, there was no way we'd make it there by 8am. We called and explained, and the gentleman very nicely let us reschedule for the later time the same day. Our new appt was at 1 pm, so we did some things around Clearwater and got there very early for our appt. It ended up taking us almost 2 hours to get there, so definitely plan ahead for traffic Angie, Tim, and Captain Jeremy were great. Angie went over everything with us and was super patient when we broke lines, snagged lines, and bent hooks. We ended up going to 3 different fishing spots. There were 5 of us, 2 children, 1 teen and 2 adults, and everyone caught at least 2 fish with my nephew catching 10 and my younger son 5. We caught mostly white grunts, and sandperch along with a toadfish Angie had to throw back becausethey are poisonous and a black sea bass, that was too small to keep but was eaten by a bird when we tried to throw it back. We did catch a couple of pieces of coral as well, but that was thrown back into the ocean. Tim cleaned the fish for us which is an additional but affordable charge and we took the fish to the Salt Cracker Fish Camp, which is in the same parking lot, who fried them for us for $12 per person, which included slaw and fries and was served family style. It was delicious and we had enough fish left over that we brought some home. We've already discussed going again and bringing a cooler next time for drinks. We all had a great time and would highly recommend it!

I had a great time with my son going on an all day deep sea fishing with queen fleet excursions.  This was my son's 13th birthday present.  Our main guide Angie was helpful and fun. She told us all about different types of fish and helped us with bait as well as getting the fish off the hook if we so desired. There were two other gentlemen on our trip I unfortunately forget their names who were also helpful.  We caught lots of fish during the all day excursion.  Being on a big boat, it definitely helped with seasickness, my son and I did not feel nauseous at all. The snacks and food available for purchase was reasonably priced.  At the end of the day the guide helped clean our fish for us.  All in all it was a great experience and a great memory.  Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I did the half day charter on 4th of July from 1-5 pm, bait and rods were provided. We brought our own snacks and drinks in a cooler, but they had a snack bar with beer, water, soda, chips, burgers, hot dogs, etc. the deck hands were incredibly helpful and thorough. It took about an hour to get out and an hour to get back, so we had about two hours of fishing. We caught about 15 fish, and it seemed like everyone else had great luck too. If you do the full day of fishing you go out much further and you have the opportunity to catch much different types of fish that are much larger, but our little fish were perfect! When we got back they cut up all our fish for us and we took it to the end of the Marina to salt water fish camp and had them fry it up. It was $12 per person and served with fries and slaw. We had an incredible experience and would 100% return. Be sure to tip the crew FAT bc they deserve it. I normally don’t write reviews but this experience was so good I felt inclined

My husband has been going on the Gulf Queen since he was a little kid. Now, nearly 30 years later we took our own family for the first time! Deckhand Tim and Gallery Cook Craig were great! Craig makes a mean cheeseburger that is so delicious! The dolphins played in the bow wake on our way out and we saw a few sea turtles and flying fish! Capt. Tim put us right on the spot every time and it was an action-packed day! We caught a variety of fish and filled a stringer with tons of keepers! Our son even caught 4 keeper hogfish in a row!! Captain said that was a new record! Ha. The crew is great with kids and the boat is very stable. Highly recommend this great trip!

8 hour trip went great, boat was on fish pretty much all day. Grouper, mackerel, hognose, yellowtail all put on the boat. Angie and Red kept it loose but were on the ball all day hooking up rigs, stringing fish, feeding us, etc. Great time

We went back in May. Had a great 1/2 day. Caught plenty of tasty Grunts. Staff were excellent . Already booked a full day this time for tomorrow.

Had a great time fishing wish the weather was better but you always have to deal with that Crew Boat everything was excellent definitely a family friendly trip enjoyed it thoroughly

5/28/23 hats off to the Queen fleet crew, wife and I had a awesome day with a party of four, average cost of $75 a person,for ticket to get on plus rod rental, etc. Crew was amazing, hard-working deck hands/ cook. So Two from my group, and about 5-7 others experienced seasickness, crew was fast working on clean ups, did a half-day trip, was able to bring my own cooler with snacks and beverages, they have drinks snacks and food for sale, highly recommend giving this charter a try. Please remember to tip!!!!  The ride out to the fishing spots were a little choppy rough seas, from my wife and I was enjoyable, my school seabreeze.
