We have main hall with stage available for rent .
Main hall has 200 people capacity if table seated and 385 people if seated with no tables
Also we have smaller hall available for rent that has a capacit
The Main Hall holds up to 385 people.
The "Maple Room" - holds up to 100 people.
Price for 4 hours -$1100 (additional $200 is required for security damage deposit-refundable at the end of your event if there are no damages). No A/C.
The "Maple Room" - holds up to 100 people. Price for 4 hours - $600 (additional $100 is required for security damage deposit-refundable in the end of your event if there are no damages). A/C.
The commercial kitchen for 4 hours -$100. We don't rent any kitchen tools, just you can use a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sink or microwave.
We rent the Hall till 11pm (the latest hours to rent are from 7 - 11pm ). You will have a 30 minutes to remove your personal items.
3 free hours for set up, the same day, or a day before (it depends if the Hall is available a day before).
We provide tables, chairs, trash cans, trash bags.
We do not have a license to sell alcohol.
You can bring your own alcohol, food, you cannot sell it, unless you have liquor or catering license (and will be required to provide a copy to us prior to the rental). Also you can not sell tickets at the door or any other tickets in our property. (If you want to have some show you may sell advanced tickets online just not in our property).
You can have DJ or band. They has to bring their own music equipment, we don't provide it.
We are open every Friday. You can come on Friday 4pm-9pm to look at our Hall.
