Ordered flowers online the Thursday before Mother’s Day. Flowers were delivered on Saturday morning and look very beautiful in the pictures I was sent! Emails confirming the order, the invoice, and the delivery confirmation were very thorough and much appreciated. Thank you so much!

The shop is Beautiful!!! They have a large assortment of live plants, flowers, and artificial flowers. The older gentleman who assisted me was so helpful. He explained how to care for the plant I purchased. He also encouraged me to call the shop if I had further questions. My Shopping experience at Hall's Nursery was Exceptional!!!
I’ve used Hall Flowers for over 25 years but since the elder Mr. and Mrs. Hall passed away, it has not been the same. I ordered birthday roses and a balloon for my Mom’s 73rd birthday on Wednesday 9/22 to be delivered on Friday 9/24. As you can see in the picture the roses were opened, tilted and starting to wilt. The baby breaths were out of control and the balloon was deflated. My mom was almost too embarrassed to tell me but once she did I called to have the flowers redelivered. The second arrangement was way better. Those flowers were over $100 and this is what you originally send? I am not at all pleased with the quality and professionalism of this place. The lady that delivered the second arrangement even said that she was REQUIRED to take back the original flowers! The delivery driver didn’t give my Mom enough time to answer the door and left them outside and took off! The lady that I originally spoke to was not very nice and she seemed a bit bothered that I was asking questions. My mom also told me that over the past few years she called to have other arrangements redelivered but didn’t tell me because she didn’t want my feelings hurt. UPDATE: I was called within 10 minutes of making this post by the owner. She apologized for everything and said that the delivery was taken back so they could see the flowers in real time to make sure it doesn’t happen again. She refunded the delivery charge for me as well. The delivery driver was talked to about leaving any delivery at the door without talking to the customer. I was told the flowers were fresh cut but the van may have been too warm so the flowers began to open and look like they were not fresh cut. Betsy apologized for previous deliveries that didn’t meet their strict standards and our expectations. I can say that I appreciate the prompt call and her concern to make it all right. I will give them another chance this coming Valentine’s Day 2022.
Time and time again, Hall's Flower Shop has proved why they are my new go-to flower shop. I lvoe everything that they provide. They have an amazing way of making your dream arrangement come to life. Even with only a few words, they were able to provide me with a floral arrangement that left me speechless.
My husband ordered some roses for Valentine’s Day and these are hands down the most beautiful roses I’ve ever had. The quality of these roses was even better than my wedding flowers. I also recently sent a floral arrangement to a friend who lost a loved one, and they helped me pick out an appropriate arrangement in my budget. They’re very competitively priced, easy to work with/order from, and the delivery was seamless and right on time. Will be using Hall’s for all of my florist needs from now on! Highly highly recommended!
I have used Halls Flower Shop over the past 35 years and have always received excellent customer service, expedient deliveries and comparable prices. The reason I rated them 5 Stars because they certainly go the distance to process last minute same day purchases.
Wonderful florist! Great service and high quality flowers. Betsy is really easy to work with and has great ideas and suggestions! I had my wedding bouquet and a boutonnière arranged by Hall’s and they did not disappoint! Prices are fair as well : Highly recommend them!
