Halloween City

Great place for kids themed party decorations. They have a wide variety of color themed items such as candies and decorations. They're always very good about stocking for seasonal holidays.

I needed some balloons refilled for a birthday party, so I stopped in last Saturday. James saw me come in with the balloons, and immediately asked how he could help. He got them expertly filled and gave me a great deal on the extra helium. If you’re looking for a place to trust when you’re anxiously ensuring everything for your guests, trust James and this Party City location.

Definitely no party in that city! Once you walk in you can just feel darkness, no one asked if I or anyone else I saw enter needed help. The cashier didn't even look at me,or tell me my total. This was midday in the middle of the week so not even busy.

Spend the dollar a person....climb up and enjoy the view. The UP wouldn't be the same without these quirky tourist spots

Fantastic customer service. We went in on my daughter's birthday to have her pick out a balloon and the staff was very nice and sweet. Made her birthday feel extra special with her Minnie Mouse balloons.

I ordered balloons for my son’s upcoming 1st birthday. I realized after checking out that I forgot instructions for the balloons I wanted in a bouquet. I called the store and the phone was answered by Shelby. She was absolutely amazing in guiding me through everything. Shelby even brought to my attention the size of the balloons I ordered and that it would be a good idea to bring 2 cars. I appreciate all of the help and personal touches she brought to our conversation. Makes me believe that there are those who still value customer service. Shelby you are a rockstar and I hope you continue to brighten people’s days with your amazing attitude!!!!

Overall a pleasant experience. As with most businesses these days, the store appeared to be short staffed. The difference, these professionals kept a cheerful attitude and did their best to serve all customers as quickly and professionally as possible.

Two different employees two different calls really helped me out today - both were accommodating, professional, and friendly. They saved me a good amount of time and money, earning a loyal customer. Their names were Shelby and James. Although I didn't speak with the Manager 12/8 mid morning, Shelby had put me on hold to confirm information with the Manager and came back with a favorable response, so thank you to that person, also.

It was like a city was having a party! No, seriously, they had what were were looking for. Some balloons and some helpfadvice on balloons.

Young man that helped me was very friendly and helpful. Wish i'd have gotten his name to mention. Wish that they had more black light/neon accessories for glow parties but other than that, a good experience.
