Halloween City

Party City for me, is my headquarters for all things party. I shopped yesterday for some baby shower items and found what I needed for the mom to be. Party City has a big selection of plates, cups, cutlery, napkins and table clothes in all color schemes to fit your theme/event. They have the biggest variety of Mylar balloons I've ever seen. They have regular sizes balloons and they have big giant balloons. They sale helium tanks of you have balloons, want to do them at home instead. They can create any sized banner or sign for you and for any type of event. Party City is a big candyland and had bulk candy of all kinds and colors. They have all sizes of containers for those who create Candy Buffett tables. This is my one stop shop for all things party and have been so for over 10 years.

We were shopping kind of last minute for my mother in law's 80th birthday party. Randy was very helpful and patient with us as made our picks and changed our mind. The free delivery is also a great service.

My Twins Sundae Funday party would have been a been better if My balloons were connected with the ribbon they came with. Apparently they need a note to say attach it plz. Not common sense. I have three stars because They told me one of the balloons Amazon sent was not default so they replaced the D, thank you! Long story short I got to the pool party with minutes to spare and when I took the Sundae Funday balloons out to attach them my ribbon was not in the bag!! I did not use the balloons for the party, what a waste of time, energy ,money. It was a theme and I had everything the best sundae table but no balloons.

Super helpful! There was a mix up with one of my balloons. I needed one #2 and ended up with one #1. I didn’t realize until I was home balloons were in a balloon bag. I called, and everyone was very helpful. They even went the extra mile to bring it to me while on a delivery run for someone else. Thank you for the help, Party City! I’ll be back for our next party!

I've always really liked their selection and prices. Always find fun and interesting things.

Worse customer service ever. I went in and asked to have a balloon banner blown up and I overheard the ladies talking about how I should have done this myself because that’s why it came with a straw and that they were going to take their sweet time doing my specific balloons- cute… I came in very pleasant and after the attitude and blatant disrespect I received from the “ladies” working today, I will not be back to this location. They clearly could have cared less about their job.

I have shopped here and created my own balloon bouquets using their wide variety and easily accessible collection, and all of these supplies have made our events so much more fun and exciting!! When I picked up my balloon orders, the bouquets were perfect! The associates used their expertise to make the best designs with the ribbon height. All of the associates have been so helpful and professional. I will be back soon for our next party!

Great selection, had everything and colors I needed for daughters graduation party, mind you this was 3 or so weeks after graduation. Employee’s very nice and helpful. Reavan was my cashier give her a gold star she was very nice! Thanks for saving the day I’m a last minute shopper!!

Emily was a big help this evening, right before closing. Not only did they prepare my pick up order really fast, they also filled 2 balloons to go along with the pre-filled group I bought last-minute. I appreciate their willingness to help as well as their patience given the store was going to close in 1 minute by the time I left.
