Ordered balloons that came with helium for my son's birthday & they did NOT tell me I needed an appointment to have them blown up. Came the day of his party and was told there was more than an hour wait. I feel someone should have told me this was how it worked and I would have come way earlier Manager wouldn't work with us & filled all the orders for the day while we stood in the store waiting for a long time. Edit: 2 hours later after the party, the largest most expensive $15 balloon became loose at the top and floated away, so it wasn't even tied correctly! : Also, once the large balloon was gone, we realized the smaller balloons just had air in them and were held up by the number balloon. What a rip off!!
The people at this store are SOOO helpful! I was there back to back days, and always found staff friendly and would help you quickly find product. Store was also CLEAN and organized. So nice.
I love love love this location ! I've been shopping at Party City for years... I can Alwayz find exactly what I want for Me & My Boy's when it comes to costumes and accessories... Their staff is friendly and helpful...
Big store, lots of choices. I was able to find things I needed that were cheaper than ordering on Amazon lol Great place for any party ideas
Had to replace 2 broken bowls. Employee was very helpful and made things easy to return and get a replacement.

None of them are on the same page and they apparently have no system in place to share what they've told customers. They told us balloon order pickup starts 1 hour before they open. Our receipt even said our pickup time was for 9 am. I showed up at 9, called the number for pickup which was an automated system saying they're closed and the only option was to leave a voicemail. So I just had to go stand at the door to get their attention. They did bring my balloons but commented "we don't open until 10".
The young lady who helped me was great. The return policy stinks and they don't offer the info up front. Wish there was another place to get party items. Spent a lot of money with them to be treated shabbily.
Honestly I didn't feel comfortable there. I don't like feeling out of place.
They’re super nice despite how busy they are. An associate even volunteered to deliver balloons to an event since a driver couldn’t make it. Super kind associates and clean store.
