Halloween City

There is no place for rude personnel in the workplace and that is what I experienced here today. I stood at the register with my item for 3 to 5 minutes to check out. Finally a female came over and said “you checking out”? There was no “hi” “sorry for the wait” or anything to show some customer appreciation. I then said yes I am trying to. She then said “you need to bring it over here”. I proceeded to the register she stopped at. She took my item and rang it up. I was using a card and she said “card reader is around the corner” so I then proceeded to card reader to pay. She said “you want it in a bag”? I replied, yes, please. My transaction completed, she stuck the receipt in the bag and stuck the bag out for me to take. I took the bag as she was turning away from me and I said thank you and you have a nice day as well. Needless to say I won’t be going back to the Turkey Creek Party City any time in the near future. I will eventually give them a redemption visit but if this person is there I will not return again. This seems to be a common denominator in the various posts. To add to this review, I called as requested in Party City’s response and was told someone made a mistake to have me call. I could open a complaint but they didn’t know why they wanted me to call. You can decide for yourself but employees, customer service, and proper communication is essential and for me Party City has failed all of these.

If it wasn't for the friendly and helpful male working the balloons today, I would rate this place a NEGATIVE star. "Jessica" was the name on the man's name tag and I am thankful he was nice and helpful. The other worker lady wearing a red jacket was a hateful *explicit*. I ordered balloons online around 10am, and the order said to pick up between 1 -130. I went to the counter at 1:36 and they couldn't find my order. I explained I def did thr order for their store and my card had already been charged. While the male was trying to help me, the female interrupted and said "well we ain't got it, you can call other stores, you didn't out it in for us". Upon further investigation, they did indeed have my order but were having issues with their system....along with other customers coming in behind me. The lady needs to learn some customer service skills or go stock the back away from customers. I know my couple hundred I spend with you guys each year isn't a lot but I will not give my money to this particular party city again. She never apologized for being a rude and you could tell the male helping was embarrassed by her actions. Times are hard to find good help; but that isn't what you want representing your business.

They didn't have our order ready, which had been ordered a day before, the banner we had was spelled incorrectly instead of waves it said wavvs, and they even handed my wife the basket and told her to grab what she needed while me and my daughter, who's birthday we were celebrating, had to sit and wait in the car until they got everything together that

My mother tried returning broken cups the same day a after opening them and realize 5 are broken. Was told “how do we know you didn’t do that” and refused. Worst customer service I’ve ever heard of.

Olivia is an amazing help! She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to help me make the best decision. Thanks!!

Staff was friendly, store was clean, shelf had a lot of empty spaces, but enough to choose from.

Can't beat the selection and variety always a party must the employees always go out of their way to help

The associates that work there are nice and a decent selection of party supplies. Only downside they no longer carry invitations and the prices on items are way to high.

Was very low. They didn't have much to choose from and had nothing for graduation

Great selection of party supplies and decorations. Wonderful cashiers that were very helpful and polite. The Halloween selection was dwindling, but still a good selection given we went 10 days before Halloween. Will definitely come back for party supplies.
