Big store, lots of selection, they definitely need more staff their line is always very long, which is surprising. But I had to do a return one day, and I didn’t have my receipt. The manager Jaywent out of his way to find the receipt for me and process the return.
I went to go fix a balloon order for a different color and Jill “helped” me. She started to gain an attitude when I wanted to make sure I got the correct balloon color. It was as if my clarification was an inconvenience to her and she emptied out my bag with an attitude. When I had asked for any other colored balloon weight, I got an even bigger attitude and slammed the balloon weights on the counter. The whole encounter was extremely unpleasant.
I didn't place the order it was my cousin for curbside pick up well get there and I clicked for it so waiting and waiting nothing happened I call the phone number is posted on the curbside area found that number isn't longer in service..ok I understand if they are busy inside the store but if the curbside not working should take that down from the services . So costumers can flow faster and employees don't have to stress running and rushing
Little chaotic at times but good. Get what you need quickly. However tip to manager. Your que is totally backwards. It lets in at the exit area so you have to fight your way back over the people coming in to check out. How has no one fixed this?
Shelves were not stocked as much as I had hoped in some sections. The Halloween area had a VERY LARGE selection. Staff was very helpful. They were very busy, probably because of the time of year.
I went there for a very specific balloon purchase and decorations, and found most of it. Try to avoid getting there 15 minutes before they close, otherwise, you will be reminded every two minutes.
The best place for party supplies. They pretty much have everything you need from balloons, fog machines, candy melts, decorative plates and items and gift bag stuffers.
Worst Party City I have ever been to! For the past couple of years no matter how polite and friendly I am I have always received nasty attitudes from the staff. Just the other day I called to see the status of my order as I was getting out of work early and the person on the phone was super annoyed that I had even called. She stated what time I had ordered them for and said that's when I will get them and hung up. I had no problem with waiting and was super nice when requesting the update so her attitude was unnecessary. Then when I went to pick up my order the guy behind the counter was unfriendly and rude. He also seemed bothered by my presence. Not cool do better !!
Horrendous it makes you sad to see the reason why they are going bankrupt. There’s almost nothing ever in the store. If I pay attention they just cover shelves with lots of the same merchandise. Went last night couldn’t find an employee. All is good is their balloon selection.
