Halloween City

Went to this store to get tableclothes for a babyshower and had a bad experiemce with the manager Danielle. She was really rude and had a bad attitude. The shelf was mis marked and and employee verified and incorrect price when checking put Danielle got an attitude about honoring the advertised price. 10 out of 10 dont recomend. Oh my god

Extremely rude employee with the blue hair, her name is jennifer I think. Not only was she not able to answer our question, she was on her cell phone while we are asking her for help. When we asked her to see the catalog for balloons she said it’s no different than the wall I said I understand it’s easier to see sometimes, she threw it at us and walked away. Will NEVER return to this store. If you hate your job jennifer get a different job.

I purchased what I thought was a birthday banner but when I returned home I realized it was a Retirement banner after opening the package. When I tried to return it, was told I could not due to their return policy on opened packages. Banner was in perfect unused condition. Going forward, I’ll purchase party supplies elsewhere.

Place is nice and clean. Very nice service and nothing looks broken and old.

Abosulty love this party City. This lady you can barely see behind my Ballon is amazing in spirt she likes her job. It totally shows very helpful and kind Thank mamm your a perfect fit for a party store or anywhere dealing with the public. You shine like a rock star. Thank you for your kindness and helping me find the right 65 and boa Ballon.

Always the SLOWEST to check out. Came in for one item and literally stood in like waiting on two people already at the registers for 8 minutes. The cashiers were being helpful. But after so long take a hint and call a manager up to help.

Well stocked and large selection for all occasions. I gave 4 stars because They were out of stock for the specific item I needed yet website indicated plenty in stock so it inconvenienced me as my visit was fruitless. Service was fair. It took several attempts and slow response to get assistance. The store was neat and well organized. Somewhat busy on Saturday afternoon. I would recommend this store fir party supplies and services.

Huge applause to the team at this Party City! I went to three other Party City locations & none of them were able to help me until I finally went to this location in Webster. None of the first three locations could find a product that I would see "in stock" at every single one of their locations but yet they didn't know anything about. As soon as I went up to the counter to ask the store associate about the product, I believe it was the manager that was nearby, quickly took me to the product & asked if that was the item I was searching for. I am beyond grateful for the manager there for giving me fast & efficient customer support!

I should’ve gotten the associate’s name but she was so sweet to help me select cute Halloween balloons for my daughter’s school party at the last minute.

Customer service lacked. In my opinion over priced but I was over all pleased with how the items I purchased there came together with my Amazon and Walmart purchases. *on the website it showed cat themed party favor boxes that I thought would match my theme puuurfectly. When I asked an employee for help locating them, she seemed annoyed and said " we haven't sold these for years ma'am." Sorry I asked about something on your website.
