Was falsely accused of shoplifting. Very embarrassing. She told me she saw me put something in my pockets. I empty my pockets and asked if she was good. She walked away without a word. I would at least expect an apology for the confusion. As a business owner that is in the trades you have lost my business and all referrals. But obviously you don't care about good customers. And choose to accuse and embarrass.

Great service and friendly staff . I needed a key made it was broke in half and they made me a matching one well one that ain't broke lol. Under 3 bucks for a vehicle key vs 225 quote from a locksmith. Was for a 2001 dodge Dakota. Will go here again in future for other needs.

Great store and they are always willing to help you find anything or help you figure what you need. They are my #1 go to place for hard to find specialty bolts and other hardware! They also are a Stihl dealer which is an added plus.

Good experience, had what i needed

Best staff ever!! Super friendly small town feeling...surprisingly good selection. A+ They also kick @$$ at fixing chainsaws, generators and other little toys. Provide great advice when I moved to MN from TN. I had no idea what non/oxy fuel was.

The previous review was obviously made by a person having a bad day because I have been coming here for the last 15 years and this store has saved my bacon countless times. From chainsaws to screen door repairs to all kinds of nuts bolts and pipe fittings, they always have what I need. Al, Glenn, Brian. and the rest of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and everyone always asks if I need help. They deserve more stars than I can give. I feel at home here everytime i visit. You won’t be disappointed either.

Went to several big box stores looking for a specific hitch pin, didn't carry what I needed. Went to Hardware Hank, walked in, told what I needed... "Sure thing, how many do you want?" Great & friendly service!

I love this place. They have all the litter bits and pieces I need to fix my old junk. I broke the clutch pedal on my jeep and the dealer told me a new assembly was 220 bucks. I went to hanks and purchased some washers e-clips and some plastic hose and wammo. Fixed for 3 bucks. You saved the day again hank. See you next weekend.

I have nothing but good things to say about this store. Employees are friendly and very helpful. I appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions and I like that I can get in and out within a couple minutes. Selection is on the smaller side, but they always seem to have exactly what I need.
