Every year, Hamati tells my wife's employer that the tax forms have been sent out. These forms are never received by the February deadline and this usually leaves us following up with Hamati every few days for a few weeks in a row and us scrambling right up to the end of March before we receive the tax forms. It shouldn't take an employer and the employee constantly contacting Hamati to get the appropriate tax forms every year. Finally fed up enough to leave a review.
