A volunteer, alternative long-term program that helps those, who want to help themselves, learn a new way of living a life in recovery.
The mission of the Hamblen County Recovery Court is to provide quality treatment, recovery and life skills in a closely supervised safe environment for eligible offenders suffering from moderate to severe chemical addiction or dependence, thereby improving the quality of life for such individuals and their family members, reducing the number of drug and alcohol offenses and related criminal activities, and easing overcrowded conditions in the Hamblen County Jail.
