I have to say the service here impressed me and continues to. I travelled in from London to deal with a property in Puslinch. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was prompt and helpful. I got there and Crystal on the 5th floor was so lovely. She was attentive, helpful and fun all at the same time. The building itself was gorgeous and spotless right from the washrooms to the mosaics restored on each floor. Brody and Aminu from zoning and planning were helpful, listened and gave me answers quickly or followed up with things after I left very quickly. All in all I came in not really knowing where to start and everyone worked together to get me answers and help me feel much more confident. Great job everyone. It was such a pleasure to deal with a City Hall this well organized. It was inspiring. They have a super cool 3d model on the 5th floor and this gorgeous piece of art on the main floor too!
very car unfriendly city, narrow roads, low speed limits, sharp corners. I already avoid downtown like the plague at this rate I'll do all my shopping and dining out in the US.

Beautiful park outside
For all your municipal needs. Garbage tags. Presto, animal licensing. Book a park venue here too You can also submit your letter if you have an accident or injury on any city property. Has a small cafe inside and beautiful fountain outside
First time visit. Clean building and elevator. Nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Showing their willingness to help you by all means.
The staff I met was very friendly, super cool building interiors, its just that you found some homeless people's bases, though they were minding their own business
There is no option for less than one star. So nice to see that less than 20 tents and 30 people are able to takeover the front forecourt. ... you can always catch a view of a crash at the corner if your bored...
The outside of the building is beautiful place. You can see hamilton sign in front of it. Every season, the garden has unique theme.
