I spent four days here with COVID. I had to bring my two kids because my husband was also in the hospital. The staff went above and beyond to not only accommodate for my kiddos but to make us feel welcome. On top of my excellent stay, my husband was brought into their ER about a week later after he turned away from two other hospitals. Hamilton saved my husband. They found that he had a heart attack and blood clots. I will forever be grateful to the excellent staff that truly cared.
The PAs are incompetent, let alone extremely rude! I was at my grandmas bedside for 2 hours and not one person checked on her. If you have anything serious going on please seek help elsewhere, for your own good.
Very nice staff and nurses and professional. Caught a problem that Carbondale hospital missed for years in one visit.
The xray technicians are amazing! Super personable, kind and extremely helpful!
The one nurse we had sucked took forever to get into room and did not make you fell very welcomed but the doctor was OK
Personnel are courteous and helpful. Very Professional.
