Such a great first experience today! Upon entering, I was quickly greeted with kindness and sincere concern for my reason for visiting. went in for a full exam and cleaning and I was seen before my appointment time and out within 30mins. Work was done so carefully and efficiently. I’ve even received a travel toothbrush set and that’s so appreciated. Think I’ve found my forever dental office. Thank you!
Overall the Oral Surgery was great. The Doctor performing the surgery and the Dental Assistants were professional, explained procedure in detail, addressed any concerns or questions we had, compassionate, & extremely comforting to my child before, during, and after surgery. Both the Doctor and the Dental office personally called hours later to check up on my child's status. The only minor detail/issue with the dental assistants that I noticed was that they were slightly unprepared with the instrumentation. It caused a few seconds of delay, but nothing major that was a safety concern.
Went in for dental surgery and Dr. Diane was great! I really liked her. She explained every step before doing so, so you knew exactly what was going on and what to expect before taking place.i followed her regimen for controlling the pain for afterwards and guess what??? No pain. She's good! I go back in February to complete my procedure and know exactly what to expect. Hands down, Dr. Diane is the best dental surgeon I know!
Very good service I feel really good going here. I have had only professional service. I accidentally showed up at the wrong appointment time and they still took me I thought my appointment was at a later time. Sorry for that and thank you for still seeing me. Everyone is so nice. I will refer my family and friends.
Me and my whole family have been going to this dentist office for more than 10 years. The whole staff from the front desk/ Dr. Joe /dental assistants are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable the moment you walk.
Great experience. Everyone was patient and kind. When my jaw was hurting during the cleaning they stopped and tried massaging it to help which I thought was really thoughtful and nice. I also felt no judgment and they didn’t try telling me I needed work done that I didn’t need done to make money off of me, which I’ve experienced in other dentist offices. I was very happy.
I’ve been a patient of Hamlin Dental Group for over 20 years, love the professional and friendly services from the front desk girls all the way to the dentists. Dr Reza is our family dentist for so many years, very professional and gentle. He cares about our dental health care. I would highly recommend this practice if you are looking for excellent dental work done in a family environment.
Great dental clinic all the doctors are very nice and skilled with years of experienced. Rita and Marbelly are very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I should have about insurance or orthodontics. Also Mirna is amazing at coordinating treatment and really has the best interest of the patient in mind:
Great staff, office manager and front desk are so nice to everyone. The office is focused on good quality work. Doctors and assistants are taking precaution measures especially during pandemic. I've been referred by my friend and don't regret about it.
