Absolutely amazing customer service. Was greeted as soon as we walked in. They listened to what we were looking for and we left with our new couch within 30 minutes. Great quality products that look great too. I 100% recommend these guys
Searched all around for quality bed frames. When I walked in I was greeted and asked about my need or searches. When I explained I was looking for a bed frame that was of solid quality and within a reasonable price of my budget I was shown several different selections that were all of great quality with the best prices I had seen all day in our searches. We left undeiced but knew after a few hours that we had seen the one at Hamelins and should of bought it. We called and He was helpful enough to do payment over the phone and deliver the frame to me locally. Great products great experience very affordable for what you are getting.

They were very helpful and I was able to purchase my chairs at a reasonable price. They were delivered within the time frame promised. I would revommend anyone visit this store when purchasing furniture.
Purchased a couch.. looked owner in the eyes asked him if my dogs laying on top of couch would hurt it..he told me no and even if it did warranty would cover it.. now it happened its my fault and no warranty...hes now hard to get ahold of. I wouldn't recommend him
Brought a broken recliner lever from a 16 yr old chair to the store today. They found one from a previous order yrs ago after much searching. Delivered and attached same day at no charge! Service like that just can't be beat. Love those guys!!
I love this place. They opened up on a Sunday so that we could pick up our new mattress. If your looking for top notch customer service and great products. This is the place to shop.
