The staff at this slightly out-of-the-way hotel were nice. They were really good about changing our room twice when the first two rooms we got smelled of smoke. The first one smelled really bad. The tubs are really stained, the walls are all damaged. It’s a little outdated to not have any easily accessible outlets, and/or USB ports by the bed. For the price you could probably do better. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet but even the third room smelled a little off. If you’ve got a sensitive nose like me, you might want to consider going elsewhere. FYI: I’ve stayed at five different hotels in the past two weeks and this was the only one that caused a problem because of the smell.
Joseph at the front desk late at night was a big help. We needed to use the computer and printers to print out some documents we needed that night and he got the computer and printer rebooted so that we could print them off and submit them in time and was very friendly with myself, my fiance, and my 2 yr old daughter. Only complaint is they need better signage at the entrance road to get to the hotel. We drove by it twice before realizing the gravel road was what we were to turn on to get there. A big sign by the road would help tremendously.
Extremely clean! Front desk gentleman was awesome! Pet room was great! Cheaper than boarding and happy fur babies! Easy interstate access. Ample parking. Delicious breakfast!Rooms: 5/5
This is the worst customer service I have had at a Hilton yet. A family of 5 was put directly next to me. I am on the end of the building and the parking lot is empty. Their kids are yell speaking. The parents are doing nothing to stop it. I have kids and would never allow this in a hotel due to the respect of the other guests. Tried to move rooms they said no first. Then said they could downgrade my room... I am also not sure how much cleaning is done here....see pictures
The quality of the room was poor, especially considering this is a Hilton brand hotel that cost nearly $200/night. The room was too humid no matter what the thermostat was set to, making the carpet and walls damp. The shower door handle was broken and the shower itself had mold and grime. And one of our towels had a hole in it. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good with a wide selection. But the problems with the room are the kind I'd expect from a motel, not a Hampton Inn.
We stayed at this property from 7/27/2023-7/30/2023 for a birthday trip and were VERY disappointed in the conditions of the hotel and even more in the COMPLETE lack of concern for citizens with disabilities. We had requested a full wheelchair-accessible room with roll-in shower but arrived to a room that was not clean with a bathtub preventing my husband from accessing the shower, pool and hot tub had non-functioning lifts, breakfast was disgusting with microwaved food and watered down juices, there were dead bugs on the floor of our room, my husband couldn't even access the bathroom sink and had to use the sink/mirror right inside the front door to brush his teeth and shave for 4 days. When we brought our concerns forth regarding the lack of accessibility we were advised by the front desk agent that "my manager will be comp'ing part of your stay due to all of these issues" but we haven't received any communication or refund at all. If you want to be respected as Hilton Honors members, have a disability or want to stay where your concerns will be addressed, and your disability not ignored, please don't stay at this hotel!
Well kept but pretty old and in need of updating. Absolutely phenomenal service from the young man at the front desk, who got a paper bowl so I could water my dog when I'd misplaced hers. Also gave us extra conditioner since my friend has very long thick hair.Hotel highlightsGreat value
Will not stay again. We frequently stay at Hamptons. This was the worst. The room was ok but the carpet looked dirty and dingy. The worst was the mold growing in the shower. We only stayed one night and won’t stay again. The bed was hard and we woke up with sore backs. We used the digital key to check in and out and had zero interaction with the staff, so we can’t rate that at all.
Room was small but clean, comfy pillows and bedding. Staff was OUTSTANDING. Breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed the pool, and it was nice having a hot tub-you don't often see them at this price point. No complaints from me! We stayed 2 nights during a big snowstorm. We were very comfortable and staff went out of their way for us. Very happy.
Nice place. The Refrigerator was about to fall out of the wall but other then thatin it was great. Seems for over 200 after tax they could have a refrigerator that would hold itself up. Second floor room.Rooms: 4/5
