Hampton Inn

My friend and I stayed here because it was a convenient location near Magic Springs water park. It was very clean. Nice staff. Paul was very great at check-in and even gave us water after our long drive. In the morning the breakfast was great. There was a lot to choose from and the kitchen staff introduced themselves to me. They didn’t just have scrambled eggs they had omelettes, oatmeal, sausage, etc and great breakfast overall. I enjoyed the stay. It also wasn’t far from many restaurants and groceries stores but we weren’t able to make many of those in time since we came on a Sunday and stayed at the water park all day.

While Jamie and Paul at the front desk and Janet doing breakfast were all amazing, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. However, I would NEVER stay here again! We asked about changing a room from a King bed to 2 Queen beds and if the price would be the same. Was told by a manager yes. Completed the check-in process, except room keys because it was early and we were on our way to Magic Springs Water Park. Returned and a new front desk representative, Mikey tells me she's charging me a different rate. As I'm explaining my situation and what transpired earlier in the day, she proceeds to yell at me "the manager was wrong, this is per the owner". I couldn't believe her response, I tell her that I'm going to the side to make a phone call and to decide if we are going to actually stay there, etc. She was very strange, dismissive, and majority lacked conflict resolution skills. We decided to keep the King bed and post our review. My parents had a room across from us and their AC unit leaked and when they woke up the next morning their entire floor was soaking wet along with personal items. Thankfully we were able to move my parents into a new room, WITHOUT additional issues! After we received our bills via email, 3 of the same rooms 1 King bed two of them had different prices/tax rates or something! Seems shady!

We received a warm welcome from our exceptional host, Ms. Peggy, whose genuine friendliness made everyone feel truly welcome. Her beautiful soul was the highlight of our stay. Additionally, the entire staff was friendly and eager to assist us throughout our visit. Nearby activities: In the center of Hot Springs

If the stars were solely based on friendliness and professionalism 5 stars I would give. The room had a strong bad odor. We thought it was because it was closed up and stuffy. In the morning the carpet was soaked with water. The AC was leaking and soaked some of our personal items. The odor is old water smell and mold. The AC is also super loud. When we reported to front desk the worker said “ we will vacuum the water”. The manager only gave me $40.00 off. The bathroom fans don’t work. Extremely poor circulation and hot.

Nice place. Great employees. Clean. Good breakfast. Good desk personnel. Good housekeeping personnel. Only problem is the price. The price I signed up for was not the price paid. Ended up paying $200 per night for two nights—with an AARP discount. Hampton Inn has forgotten about middle class folks.

Friendly staff, accommodating. Good location. Disappointing room, especially the extremely uncomfortable bed. I am used to always being able to count on a great sleep in the 'Hampton 'Bed' but let down in a big way this time. Need to invest in some upgrades.Rooms: 2/5

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times during our trips to Hot Springs and it's a very nice hotel. The jetted tubs are wonderful, rooms are clean, hallways are quiet, nice breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. We prefer Hampton Inn to the bigger hotels we've stayed at downtown.Rooms: 5/5

Very clean hotel and room, good hot breakfast, convenient in-app check-in and check-out and digital room key. Every member of the hotel staff smiled and was friendly, and a couple of them even laughed WITH me when I realized I headed the wrong way when I got off the elevator. LOL! Very refreshing! And one night, when I could not find a parking spot after arriving late after my daughter's wedding reception, the night manager moved her car and gave me her spot! Great customer service all the way around!

Staff was very helpful and very accommodating. It was a very quiet room and close to restaurants. Easy to get to hospital,where we had to visit. Would stay there again. Walkability: Very close to restaurants and shopping.

I'm from Fort Smith and I really loved it here, the mattresses are clean without stains and the sheets are always clean, a perfect place to rest. I loved it Rooms: 5/5
