I had an incredible stay at this Hampton Inn in West Palm Beach Florida! The customer service was truly outstanding, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Specifically Josh at the front desk! Josh’s attention to detail and willingness to accommodate any request truly impressed me. The beautiful location, paired with the exceptional customer service, made this trip an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel on my next visit to Florida!  Noteworthy details: Transportation/shuttle is available at all times! You just have to request it! There’s only 2 locations but any is better than none.

I am a Hilton Diamond member so I have been to countless hotels worldwide.  This hotel is wonderful. It is newly renovated so the rooms are clean, spacious with all the amenities you need. Where it sets itself apart is at the front desk. The staff is absolutely wonderful! They are courteous, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to take great care of their guests. Special call out to De Jon. He is amazing.  You should stay at this hotel any time you are in the Palm Beach area.

Spend the extra money if you can to get the king suite, it's amazing! Service was great when we arrived be patient with them and breakfast was very good. Coffee was 10/10 as always. Another reliable Hampton Inn that punches above its weight.Rooms: 5/5

Rooms were super clean. Beds very comfortable. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was very good with many hot and cold options. Complimentary shuttle from the airport and to downtown was a nice, added surprise. Our ride to the port fell through and Dejon had a taxi for us within minutes. He was awesome! Great customer service. We won’t stay anywhere else when in West Palm Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Customer service was excellent, except for one lady in the front desk. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Main lobby was comfortable and nicely decorated; it offered semi-private areas. We had a nice breakfast every day, served from 6 - 10 am. Eggs varied daily, from minnie omelet to scramble; bacon or sausage. You can make your own waffles, one large or four minis; they were amazing. There's also a nice selection of breads, bagels and muffins. Healthy options include: oatmeal or vanilla Greek yogurt; which you can add various toppings. Everything was clean and functioned properly. Plenty of parking available. Easy access from the road.  Rooms: Spacious, comfortable room. Nicely decorated. We had a king size bed and a sofa. Fridge and microwave included. Bathroom was spacious, with clear shower door.

Great place to stay.  Quick shuttle ride from the airport.  Decent bar next door as they don't have one in this hotel.  Our room AC didn't work so they upgraded our room to a suite and it was extremely nice and large.Rooms: 5/5

Just want to leave a review of our stay because it was exceptional! Our room was so nice: Clean, comfy and spacious! Dejon was friendly and I was impressed with his attention to detail! He welcomed us as VIP guests with a treat bag which my 14 year old son thought was awesome!!. Also, at breakfast, I noticed him restocking the coffee bar and making sure all was in order after the morning rush. Always appreciated!!

I love this hotel as soon as I walked in to my room the TV said my name and welcome. The bathrooms have full size shampoo and conditioner bottles. The breakfast was good too they had waffles eggs and sausage and a lot of other things. They also have an on-site washing dryer and gym, which was very nice. You don't have to leave the hotel they pretty much have everything you need there, but if you do choose to leave they have a complimentary shuttle that takes you to the rosemary square where there's lots of things to do!

Just needed a 1 day stay after a cruise and flight delay. Josh at the front desk was bubbly & extremely nice! He checked us was quickly & efficiently. Rooms were clean and modern. Free shuttle to airport which was literally 5mins away. Would stay again!!Rooms: 5/5
