My practice in our community concentrates in Real Estate, Business Law and Wills and Estate Planning. I also help local businesses and individuals in immigration and with their business development needs. My practice, when in NYC, is generally international with professional assistance of clients in: project development; reorganizations, acquisitions and divestitures; commercial real estate; leasing and construction.
My fees are sensitive to the needs of the client, which includes both fixed fee and hourly rates. Fees may be tailored as appropriate. I enjoy and emphasize personal service, knowing my clients well, and assisting in any ways in which I can help, as may be requested of me.
I was born and raised on Long Island. While initially practicing law on Wall Street and Park Avenue in New York City and in London, England, I have resided and maintained a practice on the East End of Long Island for more than 20 years.
