I had a hair disaster at another salon and I needed help. Samantha was available thank goodness and worked for four hours on my hair, correcting the color. I had been trying to grow out my hair to its natural grey and Sam got it so close to my natural color, it was amazing!!! The other salon turned my hair orange by trying to color me blond. Sam is a color expert! And a very sweet person as well. TY!Services: Hair highlighting

I had a bad experience at this salon with my hair. I came on a Monday for a consultation and saw Sam and I felt like I had to do it that day because she came in. I don't think she even listened to what I wanted. She's a nice girl but I don't think she understands my hair. Lowlights were put on my hair and then to or and my hair was already very blonde, but I wanted it fresher, softer and she made it the exact color of the way it is when it grows out. I've since had a huge problem with them calling me back, to set a time to come in, lying g to me. Acting like it's they're time and I just live in it. They certainly aren't interested in New clients and very rude and unprofessional. Get pictures and in writing you need it here unless you like throwing 300.00 dollars away for a few lowlights and tomorrow just to have to spend another 3 hours to get it done again. I am from out of town and needed a toner in my hair. I called on a whim and they squeezed me in that day. My hairdresser was Kelsey and I had the best experience with her. She was knowledgeable and very skilled. The way she blew out and styled my hair was just WOW. They were also able to squeeze in my mom with Raul for a haircut. She literally got the best haircut of her life. Great experience overall. We will be back again!Services: Hairstyling

What an amazing experience! I was coming from out of town and needed a last-minute appointment at a very specific time, and they were able to accommodate me. I also won the lottery and had Condren style my hair. It was a wonderful environment with incredibly friendly staff, and the amazing haircut was the cherry on top. I plan to schedule my haircuts around business travel moving forward just so I can come back here.

Incredible stylists that are always receptive and happily take the time I need to obtain a cut that best fits the ideas I come in with! Absolutely worth the price and then some!

My stylist is Jay Pettus. Besides his warm , caring and endearing personality, jay is a master hair cutter. His strength is precision and technique. Years ago Jay recommended a very short pixie style for me. I have numerous people compliment me weekly and have even had people take pictures of my hair! I love the style! Ladies- this is not your mothers short hair cut! Think modern, stylish, approachable. And think Jay Pettus when you are ready to up your hair game!

Hamptons is the place to be for a number of reasons, but for me personally just one - SARAH TRAN MARTIN. I've been a client at Hamptons well over 15 years. My mom my aunt my sister as well as a number of other relatives and cousins also go to Hamptons to get their hair done. It is conveniently located right off of Bristol and Jamboree where the 73 freeway is and Bristol ends. Appointments are a must since covid-19 I believe. There are probably about 20 stylists that work in the salon as well as a manicurist and a lady who does eyebrows and facials and whatever your styling needs are Hamptons can most likely exceed them. While in the salon there are huge windows you can look out of and it is large with high ceilings so you will not feel as if you're in a cramped space at all they have coffee tea and beverages and the girls at the front desk are amazing as well. I know children are definitely by appointment only and must be accompanied by an adult. I go to Hampton's because Sarah is there and never once has she let me down I always leave her chair feeling great she's professional, creative, hard working, and seriously knows what she is doing!! Basically, Hamptons is great and Sarah is phenomenal!
