Hancock Bank is probably the most unprofessional and mom and pop run bank I have ever seen. Everything is a problem. Can’t get anything done there I have to go to Wells Fargo. This is the worst bank I have ever used in the last 40 years. I called customer service multiple times. They can’t even call back. I will be closing my three bank accounts as soon as I could set up another one elsewhere. I wish I would’ve never opened this account at this bank what a waste of my time.
Stay at home order Cancer Survivor I used mobile deposit so I would not be compromised with the virus. I have COPD/Emphysema as well as compromised immune disorder. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Handcock locked my account , flagged the check as fraudulent. I provided a statement from my employer as they asked verifying funds and signatures. I pleaded with them to unlock my account and return check to me . They told me the check had been deposited. I asked how can you mark a check fraudulent but deposit it and lock what little money was previously in account from me.I was hung up on, I’m not going to mention names and be ugly. I Still am locked out of account my bills are overdue and can’t buy groceries. They refuse to engage a conversation with me via phone or email. This makes me very Sad especially at a time when we all need pull together.
I was trying with Mrs. Abigail, Abby Ryan and honestly she never answers calls, I left her approx 7 voicemails which she never answered. only 2 email and she asked me for documents, I sent them to her and I still received no response from her. I don't recommend her, as she never take our case seriously. if i could give it zero stars that would be a lot…
Deposited a $160k check, held onto it for 3 days longer than they stated. Transferred my funds out because of them misleading me, but kept a recurring direct deposit going. They closed my account without my knowledge, probably because they knew they would be paying a sign-up bonus shortly. Awful bank, would never do business with them again.
They have the best customer service, Thank you for all you have done for me over the years and helped me grow my business and saved on interest when others try and take advantage. They are all very nice and thank you!
I went in this Am after driving 2 hours , to cash a check. They were very welcoming and let my German Shepherd in, that just had surgery/ Working Dog. Highly recommend this branch! Matt, Toni, Roxy, and Gabriella were great! Thank you for your kindness
Sloppy they busted a pen all over my card and checks and when I pulled it out it got all over me took forever to help me poor service
Nice place and they were friendly even though they were unable to do what I needed. However they did recommend someone that could do it for me.
