I take great pride in my work and want to provide you with an item you with just love! Each hand stamped piece is created by me and I only give my best stampings to my customers. I will never sacrifice the quality of my finished work, even if that means having to throw out a few minor mistakes! I make every attempt to line letters up correctly, make sure the spacing is appropriate; however, there are occasional slight imperfections, which should be considered the charm of a custom, hand stamped item. Every item is genuinely one of a kind! No two hand stamped items will ever be the same!

Payment
After we have planned a design for your item (to your specifications), please understand, payment is expected before I begin to stamp your piece. For payments, I accept PayPal and all Major Credit Cards.
If you choose to pay by PayPal, please provide me with your email address and I will send an invoice directly to your email. You do NOT need a PayPal account in order to process a payment through their service.
If you prefer to pay by Credit Card, I can either process those payments manually online or with a mobile card reader. All credit card payments are processed through a service also provided by PayPal.
Shipping
I ship all items First Class by the United States Postal Service. If you need your item faster than First class, please contact me and we will arrange for a timelier delivery. I will always provide you with a tracking number for your package. Please note, I cannot be responsible for items “lost” in the mail. If you wish, please contact me to purchase insurance on your package. Items mailed via Priority Mail USPS now include $50 of insurance!
Turn Around Time
My current turn around time is 1-3 days, and will try my best to accommodate rush orders. If you are needing an item in a hurry, please contact me, as I am usually able to accommodate those rush order requests.
