We love the engagement ring and two wedding bands we got from Hands. Charlie was very generous with his time and guided us through the process at our own pace. Hands was easy to work with and never pushy. We also appreciated the reasonable pricing given the very high quality of the work. We were very happy with the whole process!
Needed a place to get my watch fixed that I didn't buy from them originally and they were incredibly kind and excited to help me. They took my watch to the back and were able to fix in within 15 minutes, and all of the employees at the front of the store chatted with me the whole time I was there. They were extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Not to mention they didn't even charge me for a service that saved me from having to buy a new watch! Will definitely be back to them for any jewelry needs!
Hands is the best! I felt more than comfortable leaving my jewelry in their care and I am so glad I did. They went above and beyond to fix a small dent I had in my engagement ring and called me personally when it was done. Wonderful staff and service!
I was recently in Iowa City, Ia. and needed a repair to my Cuban bracelet not an easy fix. Hands Jewelers was able to repair my custom made product not purchased in their store while my wife shopped, and I was able to see a few friends from college. The repairs and cleaning were preformed perfectly at a reasonable price. My wife spoke with Hands' experienced employees Joseph and Charlie to find a couple purchases including a charm necklace for the boss wife and dog tags for our son who has wanted them for some time. I was so thankful to find a quality jeweler in the area, and more happy that we supported the oldest jeweler in the state of Iowa. Our whole experience could not be more pleasant. I recently visited this jewelry store and had a fantastic experience. The watch section was impressive! But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service from every member of the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this store for anyone in the market for quality jewelry and excellent service.
Whether you’re buying or fixing jewelry I highly recommend Hands Jewelers. I’ve been going exclusively to Hands Jewelers for 2+ years now and there is no place that compares. When you first walk in you are greeted by smiling faces and when you leave you feel like family. Charlie’s professionalism was outstanding, he’s always going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. My family, friends and I will always be customers!
They were very kind, quick, and affordable. I am a college student who is currently tight on money, but I wanted to get a watch that I bought online engraved with an anniversary message for my boyfriend. Not only did they not judge me for bringing in a cheaper watch for engraving, but they also charged me half of what I expected it to be. All the employees were very kind, and they must've worked overtime to engrave my watch early cause they finished in just two days half the time they expected due to a flux of orders. I am new to this area, but if I ever need any jewelry or engravings in the future, I'll definitely return to them.

It is a beautiful two tone Frederique Constant. They were the most professional business and I would recommend them to anyone!
