Had a fabulous experience here after a terrible first experience elsewhere. Had my baby complete helmet therapy here. Tyler was so helpful and kind and always made sure I was comfortable with the plan. The front desk staff were great in working with insurance and got our therapy covered 100% after the other place said insurance wouldn't cover it. Other great things: really easy to schedule with them and I never had trouble finding a time, everyone there is super positive and kind.

They were wonderful. First off, they were very patient with me when I had to reschedule. Secondly, they didn't charge me for the consultation. They were honest in their limitations and even offered better and more affordable alternatives to my needs. I felt very respected and heard, and I didn't even have to pay them. They helped me think in preventative ways and shared their expertise of all the options without any fee. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. You don't often meet health professionals that selfless in their services.

I recently visited the Hanger Clinic in South Ogden, Utah for a lower leg and foot orthotic device. I had no real idea what to expect as I had previously only used the boots or braces made to fit most people that are commonly used at doctors offices. I still have my foot and leg so I wasn't sure what could be made to help me with standing and walking as all I could picture were the prosthetics for amputees. I knew it would be different of course but just felt a bit lost and didn't even know what questions to ask. I have only had 2 visits so far and already received my custom orthotic. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the care and knowledge of those helping me through this process. If you ever have need of or know someone in need of a prosthetic or orthotic device, I would choose this office.

The staff is so helpful and friendly!!! Made me feel real comfortable and got me walking right away. If you go there ask for Brock he's hands down the best around!

my name is Andrea child and this was the first ive ever been anywhere like this and I was being sent to the Layton/Clearfield area on but they had moved to south Ogden u called made an appointment for the next morning and the drwgo did all the measurement for an Jason that u haven't got yet but he had found out when this happened and he found a great thing for true back of it and the office had gotten my insurances to cover. evertthing

Jeremy is wonderful and so patient with our daughter!!!! He explains anything you ask. And Natasha is amazing thank you for battling insurance with us!!

Great service - very receptive to feedback and patient concerns.  Very accommodating and fast service.  Accurate pricing and good communication.  The brace I got fixed the issue and they were professional.

The staff is very kind, and takes their time to make sure you understand the information you’re given. And listen to you when you speak.

They don't seem to care about their patients at all only about the money they ordered liners for my prosthetic and demanded at $1,300 payment before I could get them even though I have insurance that covers it the lady at the desk didn't care I couldn't walk without him only about their money recommend not going to

I'm new to Hanger Clinic, and so far, I'm pleased with the service I have received.
