This Hank's store is located near the Walmart Supercenter in Russellville, Ar..we were met at the entrance by Joe. he is a very pleasant salesperson that informed us of all the areas in the store and ongoing sales..very impressed with the big selection of different types of furniture and mattresses etc.
Bought $5700 worth of stuff recently and the sales ppl were great and helpful. Happy with price and quality and will return. I will edit if needed in the future.
Store was wonderful and the one staff member was helpful. Lots of great products in the store at a great price, however, I had to use the facilities and It appeared that someone lives in the store. The bathroom has a shower complete with a couples toiletries. Overall very good store with good deals and prices just thought this experience was odd haha.
Dylan did an awesome job helping us pick out furniture for our new house. He spent several hours between two days helping us discuss what would look best in our home. We feel that we got great quality furniture for a great price.
I purchased a recliner from the Conway store back in Feb. We were told it would be in by the middle of March. When I called to check on it, I was told the end of March. Today we called and were told it was going to be pushed out a couple of weeks into April. We told the store we had lost interest and would like a refund as we need a recliner. The store manager didn't have the guts to call us but made the salesman call us back and tell us the don't do refunds. Even though they were not able to deliver as promised. Now I will refuse to purchase anything else from them in the future as they have lost my confidence in them being an honest company. How far am I going to have to take this before the store does the right thing and give me my money back.
My experience at Hanks has been one that has had quite a few mishaps. From Covid delays out of their control to suppliers sending the wrong furniture and even a hiccup or two on Hank’s side of things. What makes it a 5 star experience despite the things that have gone wrong, the Store Manager Joe and my salesperson Zach have been the epitome of professional, kind, and most of all understanding while keeping communication with me every step of the way. They acknowledged my frustration, understood it, recognized it, apologized for everything even the things out of their control and have gone to bat for me every step of the way. My experience, despite its issues, has been positive because of Joe and Zach. I really hope someone at Hank’s understands how valuable those two guys are and does what it takes to keep them there because it is their level of service that will keep me coming back. Mishaps will happen at every store on the planet. Not every store on the planet has the team and culture to do what is right, but Hank’s does and for that I’m a loyal customer.
I don't recommend anyone to work for their delivery company worst place you can work at. They would call me in just to work for 2 hours.. and they say they pay 11 an hour but in reality it's like 9 or 10. Really unorganized too. Like how can they expect someone to make a living working 2 - 4 hrs for like 2 days out of a week. Not to mention they don't take care of furniture.
Not up to Hank Browne's standards. I've known him for years. The store is a disgrace to the fine legacy of the Browne family. He will not be pleased. Dillon nor any of the dimwit staff are capable of the promises on the website: Hank's philosophy is centered around the belief that when a customer comes through our front door, they are doing us a favor. It is our obligation to provide them with courteous service, intelligent advice, a pleasant shopping experience, and, of course, excellent values. They were courteous, helpful, graceful and kind. They committed not only to our overall satisfaction, but wanted us to be absolutely pleased with our buying experience. Considering the extremely positive response we received, and the courtesy in which the Hanks team has extended to us, I will be a repeat customer and will recommend Hanks Furniture to my family and friends. Many Many “Thanks” to Jeff our salesman, Tharina very helpful salesperson and Randy Windle for ensuring the complete and thorough Customer First attitude.
After shopping at a few places around town and having no luck finding what we were looking for we dropped in Hank's at the spur of the moment. The salesmen were very friendly and made our shopping fun. One of the salesmen helped us rearrange a sectional on the showroom floor to measure and make sure the pieces we were going to buy would fit in our small space. We ended up buying a sectional and recliner on our 1st visit. We bought a tv console when we went to pick up our furniture and we are probably going to end up buying a new mattress for our bed next time we go there. Thank you to Hank's for making our shopping experience well worth it to a couple of picky customers.
