Ordered a deal of the day and was not disappointed.  I live in NC and needed a same day delivery for my daughter in Saginaw, flowers were beautiful and arrived within a couple of hours.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Have not been disappointed here!! Ellen is absolutely a sweetheart and SO talented!! Love it here! Ordered a boquet for my daughter for her Quinceanera and it was perfect. Today I orderedsuper last minute flowers for my step daughter for Doctors day. They whipped up a beautiful boquet and got it to the hospital in about 45 minutes..if that!! Super happy with Hanksmostly Ellen

Hank's has always been great! I've used them for both of my parents funerals and for other relatives, as well as non-funeral reasons for ages. Ellen and the others I've worked with were always very helpful, made great suggestions, and has reasonable prices.

My daughter, son in law & grandson brought me flowers as a thank you for taking their beloved chocolate lab, while they were on vacation.  My daughter had walked in off the street, explained the reason for the flowers, the lady asked what colors I liked, suggested a few things and produced the most exquisite bouquet!  Evidently the price was more than reasonable & I can say thre end product is beautiful.

I love hiring Hank's to handle floral arrangements for me.  Especially when I can specify an amount to spend and a color, or perhaps a specific floral if available.  It is those times of "be your creative self" when I get the most stunning arrangements!  Hank's did our wedding flowers and they were beautiful, artistic, and reflective of our style.  The staff is always friendly, and I am always very pleased with their creativity.  I rarely call other florists.

I ordered flowers online for my sister's birthday. When she received them they looked NOTHING like the ones I ordered. I understand they make substitutions for flowers in stock, but the ones she got weren't even close. Looked like something a little kid might get from a unweeded pasture. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I sent a email and told them about this and they didn't even reply. Not professional at all.

In 2004, Craig did the flowers for our wedding at Apple Mountain Resort.  My husband, Greg Ostrom, and I chose gardenias for my bouquet.  Craig went over the top and also brought us gardenia corsages for each of the guests, and did an absolutely amazing job making our day as special and beautiful as possible. When my husband passed away unexpectedly on February 17, 2022, Craig sent a lovely gardenia arrangement to Greg's memorial service.  I was so touched by his sentimental gift.  No other florist would be so thoughtful and kind.  Craig is truly one in a million!

I ordered flowers online - they were supposed to be potted flowers in a basket with a bow - what was sent was a table centerpiece with 4 roses, 4 carnations, some greens and candles.  I wouldn't have minded the substitution if the flowers were similar.  Way over priced for what was received.  I called to inquire about the substitution - I was told the owner was out on deliveries and would call me back- I never received a call.  Do yourself a favor and order from a company who's website depicts the floral arrangement that you will receive!

I called to let them know the flowers. My children sent me for Christmas died the next day. They never called me back. I will make sure my children don’t order from them again.
