People are always parked in the fire lane and the crosswalk at this location, no concern for older people or handicapped, or other shoppers. Most times they are just "standing" but this this time there were 2 vehicles blatently parked, not only in the fire lane, but one in the fire lane and the crosswalk as well. They should have the Troy police parole the lot and ticket. I'm sure if this is a regular case, there are probably non-handicapped vehicles parked in handicapped spots as well...just laziness and ignorance... otherwise, Hannaford, itself, is my grocery store of choice. Mgmt needs to do something to keep the fire lane clear in case of emergency, so first responder vehicles can access quickly.
I wanted to stop in at This brand new Hannford to shop and check out their grand opening sales, almost immediately upon entering my teenage daughter, and I were observed closely , followed around… without being asked if we needed help it felt uncomfortable but I did not speak to my daughter about it for fear of making her upset or uncomfortable, finally at self check out my bag was left in the cart while I opened my reusable grocery bags, when an older gentleman came by and actually looked into my pocket book, and proceeded to ask if I had any coupons. Long story short as we put the groceries in to vehicle I asked my daughter did she notice anything, she immediately replied “ I don’t think we should shop here anymore” at this point I kept my composure and went back in to speak to a manager named Alex… he excused his staff n said this was not acceptable but offered no resolution. So my decision is not to shop at any Hannaford chain stores, and letting everyone I know of my experience regardless of race.
It's a smaller store, but they have everything you need and fresh produce. It's also kept pretty clean, and their is a security officer constantly patrolling.
Had the best cashier. Very thorough with answering questions ab sales. Good produce and meats available also.
Would like to give a negitive rating. Had a delivery with specific instructions to deliver, waited and nobody showed up. Looked at another location where it specified not to deliver. All my meat gone, bags ripped open.
Easy to find items. The meat here in excellent. Prices were ok little high but that everywhere.
Lines are alway crazy longeven with employees standing around and seeing armed security inside makes it seem like an unsafe location. I'll be avoiding Hannaford in the future.
It's close by so it's very convenient for me to go to to get something quick, but their cart pusher is known to harass me and give me dirty looks whenever I go in, so I have to either go extremely early in the morning or just before they close.
I went at night and it seemed like a pretty nice size store with a good selection of food and items. It was really clean and organized and I was able to find what I needed. There is plenty of parking at this location and it wasn’t busy. I was able to get in and out pretty quick too.
It's 1 of the newer layouts. Reminds me of Wegmans which I wish we had as I enjoyed shopping in Wegmans. Normally I hate shopping.
