The secretary lady is very rude. I had insurance through them for a few months during the summer in 2021 and the secretary lady was ALWAYS rude to me when I came in to pay my bill. One time during the summer I felt she was making a rude comment about my outfit because she eyes my up and down and says "must be really warm out huh?" With a scowl on her face. I also have a friend who had insurance through them from 2015-2017 that said the same, the secretary was always rude and also made some rude comments about the way she was dressed. Violet was always so kind and talkative though! I just feel they'd do better without the rude secretary!

Hanneken Insurance does an excellent job! Originally my folks had their insurance through Hanneken and they were very happy, so naturally that's where I went. I have always had excellent service with them and Vi McKenney helped me with policies I could afford, and if I have any questions they are there to answer them.
