I had my wedding ring remain after 33 years. It needed some help. It looks great. They do great work.
Bought my wedding rings here. More importantly my wife LOVES her wedding ring and matching band. Now I am back to get another ring I bought many years ago, repaired. I trust them. I will never go anywhere else. There is no question who has the best jewelery and the best prices. Hannoush.
HORRIBLE GUEST SERVICE. A woman finally addressed my husband after he stood there for awhile by laughing at him and walked away. Another employee said, "What do you need?" when he should have been greeted and ask "Hello, how may I help you today?" I for one will not be shopping here!!
I have never been more disappointed. My wife went there to purchase a kinetic watch for me for my birthday. She was told the watch she was purchasing was one. $3000.00 later we find out after she gave it to me and it kept stopping and we kept winding it to get it going that it was not a kinetic watch. Since it was more than30 days when I received it as a present they would not take it back. If they would have been honest we would have not purchased this watch and would have purchased the watch we wanted. Very dishonest company, just out for a sale with no regards to the customer. I recommend to everybody that if going there to purchase anything do your research before going so you know what you are purchasing. Actually, there are so many jewelry stores stay clear of this one if all possible.
I highly recommend this family owned jewelry store. Best Customer Service, Great prices and they have a Jeweler on site who does repairs same day. I am very pleased with how fast and what a great job they did on my wife’s ring repair. I have bought several items here and won’t go anywhere else.
We purchased a diamond wedding set from Lou directly at the Fort Myers mall location on February 2019. The wedding set was later appraised from Hannoush for a total value of $3,800 and sold to us for $1,000 cash. The issue is when I went to sell the ring, I've had two Jewelers from local reputable stores tell me that the ring set is only worth about $375-$500 tops due to it having cheaper "low grade" diamonds. Basically, we were scammed and are now stuck with a "decent" wedding set that's not worth anything and Hannoush refuses to buy back the set or refund our money. Buyers beware when you deal with them or learn a lesson the hard way.
Picked up my new Seiko Prospex Chronograph mens watch. Great service.
I was with my girlfriend and we had a battery put in a watch. The watch was working but running slow when we took it in. After the battery was installed it didnt work at all. I took it back thinking the new battery was bad. New battery installed no luck. I said you must have damaged something when you changed the battery. No one would talk to me or look at me. I had to ask for my $12back . Dont use them..the customer service is shady!
